Wenger: It Was A Massive Victory

Arsenal finally gained the away victory we all craved so badly, when they hammered Fulham 4-0 at Craven Cottage yesterday.

Goals from Thierry Henry (2), Manu Adebayor and Cesc Fabregas brought a badly needed 3 points back to Highbury.

After losing eight times on the road this season Wenger knew anymore slip ups would be costly, and for this reason alone, this win was massive.

'It was a massive game for us and we knew that before the game. I was not worried about Wednesday being on the players' minds as the focus was today's game and the performance showed that. We knew we could not drop anymore points that we needed a good performance. We have to be consistent until the end of the season. We were a bit under pressure.'

With results going our way yesterday (makes a nice change) the race for 4th place is really hotting up. Lets just hope that Blackburn can do a job against Spurs today.

it is important we at least don't lose again, but we have a game at home to Liverpool and away at Man Utd, both tough games. lets hope we can at least draw both

A draw would be a better result than Blackburn taking a victory.
