'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Henry Was Immense

Arsene Wenger hailed two goal hero, Thierry Henry, as immense, after treating the traveling Gooners to a master class at Craven Cottage yesterday.

Henry grabbed one in each half to help Arsenal to a vital away victory after already crashing to 8 losses on their travels this season.

'He was immense and the whole team played well and when that happens then Thierry becomes even stronger. He is developing as a captain. He is conscious of the team. He talks more, he speaks to the defenders. It takes time to get completely into that role.'

Arsenal's record goal scorer has been critisised of late for his 'lack of skills as a captain' even though he has led us to our best Champion's League campaign to date and an impressive home record.

Hopefully we can now kick on and drag ourselves into the, so far elusive, 4th Champion's League spot.
