It's Going To Be Tight

Thierry Henry believe's the race for fouth place is going to be a close one, and that Bolton are in with a better chance than most.

Arsenal breifly moved back into 4th after beating Charlton 3-0 at Highbury, only to be ousted a couple of hours later when Tottenham toppled relegation fodder Birmingham.

Speaking the the tunnel directly after the game (before Spurs victory) Henry said,

“We have not seen fourth spot for a very long time, so it was very important.

“At the end of the day, I am already thinking ahead. We will see what Tottenham are going to do in the game now, but it is better to be where we are now than where we were before.

“Also people are forgetting to talk about Bolton and Blackburn too, because everyone is saying it is an Arsenal-Tottenham fight.

“Bolton have two games in hand, and if they win those, they are going to be flying. It is going to be a tight one, so we will have to see.”

I think Henry is right there are definitely 4 clubs in there with a chance. Historically though I think you are entitled to be favourites, Spurs and Bolton have a habit of slipping points here and there and Blackburn, whilst have top current home form drop points on the road.

Given the gap at the top it's good there are races like this and for relegation that fans can still focus on. Hate to say it but I would also bet with Arsenal at this point.
