Campbell Continues Road To Recovery

Sol Campbell got another 90 minutes under his belt as Arsenal completed the First team and reserve 'double' over Charlton.

Arsenal reserves beat their Charlton counterparts in a 2-0 victory with goals from Nicklas Bendtner and Theo Walcott.

Campbell hasn't played for the first team since walking out of Highbury at half time in the home defeat at the hands of West Ham in Feburary.

Sol is looking to make the squad to face Juventus and win back his international place in time for the world cup.

im glad sol is getting back to full fitness, and shows we are almost back to full strength, jst Ash and Clichy to go and freddie and Reyes shouldn't be out for too much longer either!!

As much as I rate Sol, Toure and Senderos seem to be building up an understanding now, and it would be a shame to ruin all the good work the two have put in.

i much rather have Sol at the back with Toure than Senderos. Senderos isn't as good in the air or as towering and commanding as sol and if we are to win the CL we need that. i kno he's helped keep clean sheets but thats just my opinion.

If, and that's a big if, Sol is back to his normal form then he is much better than Senderos. I hope he is back to his old self for England's sake.
