Eboue: No Fear

Emmanuel Eboue says going to Turin holds no fear for him, and Arsenal will no be going all that way to defend.

Arsenal meet Juventus next Wednesday sporting a two goal lead, with the added bonus of a clean sheet at home, but Manu believes it would be 'sporting suicide' to go and defend.

'We won't just go to defend in Turin,' said Eboue.

'It would be sporting suicide because Arsenal never do that kind of thing, and I certainly do not have any fear going into the game.

'Juventus will be very difficult in their own stadium because they will have to attack from the first whistle trying to get goals.

'But I am convinced we can score a goal and that will be enough because we won't concede four.'

I think Eboue has been fantastic for us this year, and it will be interesting to see who gets the call next season between him and lauren

I have mixed emotions about this. I've always said Lauren is an unsung hero, yet Eboue looks so good I dont want him to be dropped. Good job I aint the manager eh!!

well it just shows now we have options and if Lauren isn't playing well, we have aquality replacement in Eboue. He has been great this season I agree!!!

I woul pick Lauren at the minute but I think that after the world cup that Eboue will be a much better player than he is now. So next season probably Eboue.

I think Eboue is by far and away a better player than Lauren. He can defend almost as well, and he's much better going forward. Laurens days are numbered if Eboue continues to play as well as he currently is.
