'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Henry Accepts Wenger Rotation Policy

After being left on the bench for two massive games against Manchester United and Tottenham, Thierry Henry says he finally realises why Wenger does what he does.

Henry freely admits it bothered him to begin with but knows Wenger has the best interests of the team at heart and also the team has won with out him in the past.

“I don't like it but you have to accept it,” said Henry.

“In the past, I didn't accept it and I got upset. When the boss used to ask me how I was, I'd say I was fine all of the time. But fine all of the time doesn't work well. I struggled with my Achilles, groin and trouble with other stuff.

'You have to accept that sometimes you can't play all of the games and be at your best.

'I'm a human being. If you want to be fresh and sharp then somewhere along the line you have to take a break from games.

'I didn't play at Manchester United, but in the past I've not played against them and we've won. I didn't play against Tottenham last year and we won and against Liverpool last year and we won.

'When we don't [win] people say it's because I wasn't playing but sometimes you just have to accept it.'

Goes to show that TH is a very levelheaded and a brilliant ambassador of the football world. He knows where responsibilities end and start.
