Cole Completes Another 90 Minutes

Ashely Cole completed another 90 minutes of football last night as Arsenal reserves best their West Ham counterparts 3-1.

Cole has now played two full games for the reserves with an England representative watching.

Cole hasn't played a full first team game since he faced Birmingham at Highbury on October 2nd, but now he's ready for a come back.

Reserves manager, Neil Banfield, had this to say,

'He was saying in the dressing room that he really enjoyed the game. He was up against Kyel Reid who’s a young England lad and it was a good game for him and he’s really pleased with the game. He’s back on track now I think.'

I see he also completed another 30 or so minutes against sunderland too. Lets hope he came through unscathed.

I was dreading the episode with Sol Campell might pop up. Excuse the over ever conscious mind! But it's good to hear of a trouble free 30 minutes.

Updates from the Sunderland appears to indicate that Campell need to shrug off some baggage. With Senderos down, we definitely need every ounce of energy left to fire every cylinder before the final whistle of this season.
