Penny Finally Drops For Real Madrid

After years and years and years of thinking they can just swoop in and sign any of our players they want, Real Madrid finally seem to have taken the hint that Henry doesn't want to join them.

Real Madrid harboured hopes of signing Thierry back in 1999 but Henry dismissed the option then, and has done everytime they think that they can just swan in and whisk him away.

However, the Real Madrid sporting director has made a statement that suggests that 'The Penny Has Dropped'

'When Henry was 25 (sic 21), he didn't think a move to Real Madrid was the best option,' said Floro to Spanish radio station Punto Radio. 'If he didn't have the will then, I don't think he will have it now.'

About time lads.......now if only we can convince Barca of the same thing!!

Henry moving to Real Madrid would be like Ronaldinho moving to Bolton... really can't see it happening!!!

Barcelona 's forced T-Shirt on TH on the pitch during the game with Villarreal annoyed everyone including TH so they're not getting him.
