Walcott: Wenger Is A Genius

England's newest recruite, Theo Walcott, has twigged on to what we already knew: Arsene Wenger is a genius.

Theo Walcott interviews have been coming thick and fast since his shock call up into the England world cup squad, and in the latest Theo labels Le Boss a 'genius'.

“Arsène Wenger rested Fabregas [at times] and look what he has done now,” said Walcott. “So you can tell what a genius Arsène Wenger is. Hopefully he’ll do that for me but I have to work hard in every training session. He was watching me when I was 14 so that shows the faith in me.”

Arsene Wenger's methods have been questioned in the past for alledegly 'not giving youth a chance' but since the emergance of the spending machine that is Chelski, Wenger has had to look at different options for success.

Wenger seems to have a constant supply of little gem's tucked away, as he has revealed this season after suffering an horrendous injury ridden season.

Players such as Fabregas, Eboue, Gilbert, Djourou, Flamini, van Persie and Senderos have all been revelations this season and have more than held their own against some of the biggest teams in the world.

These are some of the main reasons Walcott opted for a move to Arsenal over Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool and even Spurs (although that last one was more light comedy relief for the youngster).

Lets hope Wenger's genius become evident once more.

Walcott will sparkle thus illuminating the football tiger in him at the World Cup. He, his family, agent and all his fans have made the best decision to urge him to be a Gunner. AW is truly a genius! Go Gunner, Go Walcott!!
