It Doesn't Matter What Henry Does

It Doesn't Matter What Henry Does

With the biggest game in Arsenal's great history looming, Arsene Wenger claims it doesn't matter what Thierry Henry does in the summer, until after the final.

Wenger believes all thoughts of anything other than the final are clearly out of his players minds, they are fully focussed on what they have to do, and they'll give 100% to bring old big ears home.

'No matter what the guy does in July, when you go to a European Cup final you do not worry about that - you worry to bring the trophy back,' said Wenger

'I am convinced Thierry will stay, but he has not yet come out and say it.

'But on Wednesday night no one cares about that - you want to just go there and win it together.'

The nerves are well and truely setting in!

We all need to forget on what henry decides but to focus on the final. If we think about henry we will loose our confidence before you know it.

If Henry is unveiled as 'the first new signing' at your new stadium it will be hailed as one of the greatest masterstokes in modern football in the last god knows how many years. Of course, I could never credit Arsenal with the wit to execute such a plan... And Wenger's et al comments strongly indicate that they genuinely don't know if the flipped coin will land heads or tails...
