'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Tomas Gets Rockys & Cesc Gets Paddys

The new Arsenal kit was today available for pre-order, and upon checking the players names and numbers list I noticed Tomas Rosicky has been issued a number, and Cesc Fabregas a number change.

Tomas Rosicky will wear the number 7 shirt made legendary by Arsenal great David Rocastle & then adequatley filled by Bobby Pires.

When Arsenal smashed the 'old lady' at Highbury in the Champions League earlier in the season, there seemed to be a shift of power. We never really got off the ground as far as our league form was concerned and many blamed the sale of Patrick Vieira. On that night, we were shown why Vieira was sold and why Wenger had so much faith in Fabregas, and now the change is complete as Fabregas will don the number 4 shirt next season, & will not be moving to Real Madrid as some people would have you believe.

This shows just how highly Wenger rates Fabregas and how he is clearly seen as an integral part of our future. It's a shame that Kolo didn't get to inherit Big Tony's number 6 shirt... then again, maybe he didn't want it.

Did fabregas decide to change the number. As u culd see fabregas is wearing the number of the person who left who was in his position and so has rosicky
