Arsenal Star Going Nowhere

Arsenal Star Going Nowhere

Arsenal cult hero, Pascal Cygan, insists he is in no rush to leave Arsenal.

The big French centre back say he will not leave Arsenal for 'inferior conditions', well considering we have the most state of the art training facilities in England and probably the best club stadium in Europe about to be opened, it seems as though ol' Pascal will see out his contract with the Gunners.

'I still have one year remaining on my Arsenal contract,' Cygan told But.

'I am not in the streets.'

'I hear about interest from an English club or French outfits, but I will not leave for inferior conditions.'

Well, thats that then :)

Kenyan - I don't know how long you've been an Arsenal fan, but it's a nickname. Pascal 'Zinedane' Cygan.

You have to admit he does add something to a game. Always cheers me up to see that big bald head running onto the pitch, always guaranteed a moment of pure unbelievable crapness. Makes me laugh. He does a job though and isn't a bad utility player.

'inferior conditions' == less pay doesn't look like anyone else can see his potential (i.e.: is dumb enough) to pay him as much as Arsenal are.
