Wenger Announces Euro Squad

Arsene Wenger has annouced his quad to facr Dinamo Zagreb in tomorrows Champions League 3rd Qualifier.

Names of note who haven't made the squad are captain Thierry Henry, German number one Jens Lehmann (who we all knew wouldn't be there)and more importantly, Chelsea left back Ashley Cole.

Rumours have been rife with regards to a deal going through this week, the grapevine also had it that Wenger was tempted to play Cole in the CL just to cup tie the player, but now it is obvious that Cashley will be out of here within the week, hopefully with Gallas coming in the other direction.

Squad in full:-

Cesc Fabregas
Kolo Toure
Tomas Rosicky
Jose Antonio Reyes
Robin van Persie
Alexander Hleb
Mathieu Flamini
Alex Song
Pascal Cygan
Gilberto
Johan Djourou
Mart Poom
Manuel Almunia
Emmanuel Adebayor
Emmanuel Eboue
Jeremie Aliadiere
Justin Hoyte
Armand Traore

Is Theo Walcott actually a football player? I'm starting to have my doubts!

dint ye read mate......he's ill ...
pratyk
He's right, Walcott has suffered from a virus and hasn't been able to train, leaving him short of fitness.
