Last Ditch Denilson Signing

Has Le Boss pulled a fast one and signed another Brazilian besides Julio Baptista on the last day of the transfer window?

If reports are to be believed, Arsene Wenger has signed Brazil under 19's captain from Sao Paolo.

Denilson, 18, has signed for a fee that could rise to £4million and is seen by Arsene Wenger as a midfielder for the future.

More information as we get it.

this definittely sounds interesting. . . you never know in a few years he could be the new BEST winger in the world and we wouldnt of missed out on him like we did with ronaldinho and some others

More like groundskeeper of the future. Heartless performances this past summer on one of the worst ever Brazilian U-19 squads. They lost 2-1 against lowly Canada. Little god in yellow? Change that to little dog in yellow. Get him on the hand rake before you give him any power tools.

I'd take him over Chimbonda & Malbranque anyday. And here I was thinking you were building a Premiership challenging team. Pah!

grat signing is regarded as gilbertos replacement, bit lightweight but exceptional. he's quality on footy manager 2006. he's a defensive midfielder and we neede one of those...
protocal
i think this is a perfect signing, especially if its true that this guy is the new gilberto :)
shutupdrogba
He wasn't just bad on the field - got benched for a game, he was dismal off it. Horrible attitude within team. Has a lot of growing up to do. Maybe the change will do him good, but Brazilian FA really disappointed in him. He was supposed to lead them in U-20 worlds next year, may not be on team. If footy manager 2007 has a Team Anelka, he'll be on it.
greatwhitenorf
Dont worry greatwhitenorf we can always sell him to your mob and make a profit.
