Arsenal's Euro Squad: Henry Out.

Arsenal captain Thierry Henry will miss the opening Champions League group game with Hamburg tomorrow after suffering a 'slight injury'.

The French talisman suffered the injury in training but it's not a serious problem and it is hoped Henry will be back to face Man Utd on Sunday.

Theo Walcott has been called back into the squad whilst not surpirisingly Gallas and Baptista retain their places.

do we always have to have a jynx on henry. . . this takes us back to last seasons start of champions league. . . NO henry. he better be fit for manchester united !

Well looking at how last season's CL went, i don't mind the "not Henry" bit" in the beginning at all.

I wouldn't mind that, I just hope he'll be fit for sunday, he said 2-3 days but you never know.

Like the idea of having the beast upfront...could be an interesting combo between him and RVP/Adebayor with young theo backing up...No Henry,No problem...

hmmm, is it that Wenger thinks we have enough to beat hamburg and that he wants henry fresh for sunday perhaps ? we have seen him do this before, rest certain players with other games coming up.
