Video: van Persie Wonder Goal

Yesterday's victory over 2-1 Charlton saw Robin van Persie score an absolute screamer which with out a doubt will be a conteder for goal of the decade, and we here at Vital Arsenal have got the video for your viewing pleasure.

There is little point in me describing the goal as the pictures speak a million words.

I did have the video with the English commentary, but if I'm being honest, this version is much funnier.

That's the first opportunity I've had to see it back and needless to say, it looks even better than it did at the time.

the way he hit the ball while he was in the air, it's just unbeleivable, it's to beleive that he made such great contact with the ball while he jumped in the air, simply amazing..

The commentator is Arabic; he was saying what a wonderful goal by Robin van Persie. First he said its goal of the week, then he said its goal of the month, then he said no bruv it has to be goal of the season.

I think we all saw how talented he was in his first few games. I remember when I heard Wenger had signed him I thought "another youngster, we want a star." Well, now we DO have a start.
