Wayne Rooney: Idiot Or Liar?

Wayne Rooney: Idiot Or Liar?

After the blatant cheating of Didier Zokora at White Hart Lane on Sunday, Wayne Rooney has decided to take the moral high ground and speak out against the cancer of football, diving.

Rooney, England's most popular, honest and trustworthy footballer, is a player who would never, ever consider such practises and should be comended for his attitude towards the game.

Oh......Wait a minute.

I didn't realise we were talking about THE Wayne Rooney. The Wayne Rooney who so dramatically threw himself to the floor without no contact from Sol Campbell what so ever to end Arsenal's unbeaten run.

Hysterically, Rooney said,

'I'd never dive. I'd like to think of myself as an honest player, that's the way I play. I don't like diving, football doesn't need it.'

Let's have a look at some evidence. I won't subject Gooners to the horricfic scenes from Old Trafford, but just have a look at this video and tell me if Rooney's 'I'd never dive' comment is jusifiable.

I know that Arsenal has been guilty of some outrageous dives in the past, but I don't condone it, in fact I speak out against, but if there is one thing I can't abide then it's hypocrites.

So to answer my initial questions, 'Wayne Rooney: Idiot or Liar?'

I'd have to say both.

Hmmmm, a little from column A a little from column B. Oh and you can add a column C, because he's a complete thug too. Oh no, that's right, it's Ronaldo's fault that Rooney stamped on someone's b*llocks.

What a little *****e. Terrible, terrible role model to kids watching, complete thug, ***** poor excuse of a person off the field, ***** poor form on it, and a hypocrite to boot. My gosh, I prefer the thought of Tottenham to him. Even with Zokoka.

He may get clipped slightly but there is no reason to go down like a fat dog on a wet lino. Monica Lewinsky stayed up for longer than that dumb scouse hibred.

question is, if he dived against chelski and won them a penalty and manure beat chelski, would we be delirious or would we be like, thats not fair, and then s******* behind our hands so no one sees ?

Now that depends PUREGOLD on who we are closer to at the time. Let's all be honest and admit that if Pompey got that penalty at Three Point Lane we'd have all shat ourselves laughing.

well yes you'd be thankful if spuds or manure were on the receiving end of it but you'd still think of that player as a cheat from that moment on. Whether zakora played for spuds or anyone else I'd still have the same opinion of him.

aye thats true gazzap, i think chelski are the main threat, i don't see manure doing much, but on their day they can upset the apple cart !
