Wenger Agrees With Vital Arsenal

After Wayne Rooney claimed he never dives, Vital Arsenal published an article stating Rooney IS an idiot and a liar, and it appears Mr Wenger agrees.

Speaking to the Arsenal fans via a web chat session on Arsenal.com yesterday, Wenger recalled one of his most painful moments as the Arsenal gaffer and a decision he wishies could have been reversed.

'I feel the penalty awarded by [Mike] Riley at Manchester United in our 50th game [after 49 unbeaten] was a completely invented penalty. That is a decision which I regret. [Wayne] Rooney dived on that occasion. It was on a day when we did not deserve to lose.' said Le Boss.

And who am I to argue with the great man??

If Mourinho were still harping on about a game from 2 years ago you would never let it rest, why is it ok for Wenger, other than that he's your manager?

Because he was asked a direct question about the incident by a supporter.

Westl you little fool, it was the end of our unbeaten run, so it makes it all a little harder to bear!!! Maureen wouldn't have anything like that to say as he hasn't experienced anything like that (except maybe an unbeaten £490m spending spree, but that's slightly different!!!)

The fact that Pugface had said he'd never dive may have been a contributory factor.
