'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Henry Laughs At EatSleepFootball.com

Browsing NewsNow last week I noticed an article entitled 'Henry Regrets Arsenal Decision' or someother such crap. It was obviously a hitmaker, but like most, clicked it anyway.

The writer of the article claimed Eatsleepfootball.com had insider knowledge at the Arsenal and that captain Thierry Henry said he regretted his decision to sign a new deal and finish his career at Arsenal.

The was widely discredited as b*llocks, but Henry himself has sought to put this terrible terrible rumour to bed.

Henry said, 'I decided to stay at Arsenal. And I`ll just take this opportunity to categorically say that contrary to what I read in the papers I am not unhappy at my decision to stay and at no stage have I ever regretted remaining at the club.'

'I must admit, it gives me something to laugh about — and it`s happened again this week — when I hear of stories saying I have told Arsene Wenger that I`m going to be leaving in January. Obviously, it`s all rubbish.'

'I accept it`s not been the greatest of starts to the season and losing at West Ham was tough. But as Chelsea proved a couple of hours later when losing to Spurs, this season is going to be incredibly open.'

'It will take until January, even February, before we have a really good idea of who will be going for the title.'

Eat that, Eatsleepfootball.com

Thank you Thierry, for putting this particular pile of elephant dung to rest. It was never anything more than sensationalist claptrap designed to get people to click thropugh to what is an incredibly poor website. Every time i have clicked on one of their links, it has been an utterly useless poorly written adn poorly conceived piece of 'journalism'. yesterday did nothing to dispel the impressions i have of that website. Still, having said that, it's nothgin worse than what the tabloid press serve up every single day of the year. 'quiet news day? i know!!!' 'Henry to the moon, wenger demands large amounts of green moon cheese as part of deal, to soften the blow for arsenal fans, The Muppet can today exclusively reveal today...' »»Arsene Knows«« »»Arsene knows««

eatsleepfootball.com, one of those rumour monger sites that really add little to the debates in footie. I'm sure Henry prefers Vital!!!!

I have searched every website regarding English Football League for the last 3 - 4 years that is worth having a glance. Interestingly, EatSleepFootball.com is what heard about today. That leaves much to be desired including its contents.

As you said its getting the clicks that count for them, most Goons know that Henry is committed but there are a few other clubs fans out there that wish it was true!! te he!
