'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Thierry To Miss Toon Clash?

Arsene Wenger says that he doesn`t yet know if Theirry Henry will play against Newcastle on Saturday after Henry played the full 90 minutes for France in midweek.

Wenger wanted Henry to be rested for the Les Blues game against Greece but Raymond Domonech continued his quest to take Mr Blatter`s title of most hated man in world football by leaving Henry on for the entire 90 minutes.

Wenger has already expressed his anger at Domonech using his captain for the full 90 minutes and now faces a dilemma.

Henry himself has recently admitted that he is still suffering the effects of long campaigns in Europe with Arsenal and in the World Cup with France. Thierry says that this has been a major contributor to his for his poor start to the season.

Wenger says that he will have to miss either this weekend`s game against Newcastle or Tuesday`s game Hamburg: 'It is a lot of dilemma on him physically - that's the main worry.

'He played only on Sunday, so Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday, Tuesday.

'Of course it is not needed but I cannot influence it.

'We have players back and we can focus to give a rest maybe to one or two players who played 90 minutes.

'I will decide that overnight.'
A combination of Van Perise, Manu Adebayor or Julio Baptista could start.

wenger has this theory, if they are not making enough runs, shots etc etc then they are coming upto an injury, i read it in his book where he spoke about how he uses this to know when to rest players so they avoid injury. personally if he is jaded then rest him and give the rest a game , we have enough talent to beat the toon.
PUREGOLD
i think we shud rest him againmst hamburg if rvp and ade play ok or maybe ade or theo or wateva if they perform rest him vs hamburg and then let him rip vs bolton
jammyjimbob
