Maureen Admits Gallas Loss

Josie Moaninho has admitted that he missies the quality of brand new Arsenal hero William Gallas.

William Gallas joined the Gunners in a part ex transfer that saw Ahsley Cole move to the 'Champions'.

At the time of the transfer there was rumblings of scandal when Chelsea released a statement saying Billy threated to score an own goal or deliberately get himself sent off if he was refused a transfer. A claim which Gallas categorically denied.

Maureen said, 'Every team misses very good players. In Ashley Cole we have a fantastic player who is improving and improving.'

'He plays at the highest level.'

'I could say that we don't miss Gallas because we're performing, but I respect the quality of the player and his contribution to Chelsea's success over the last two years.'

'You always miss good players and he is a good player.'

It strike me as strange that the Chelsea manager should miss a player who alledgely threatend to betray his own team mates as a means to a selfish end, unless of course what Chelsea claimed never actually happened.

Chelsea fans too miss Gallas, even though they won't admit it. Indeed our Vital counterparts on the Chelsea site have taken to calling Gallas 'Silly Billy' in a transparent attempt to justify to themselves Gallas' move to a rival team.

Gallas was well respected by the Chelsea fans, but he is adored by the Gooner hoards, indeed he has struck an instant rapport with the Ashburton faithful and we all hope William is fighting fit for our away day to the Bridge.

Unfortunately it looks like we are going to experience the void he leaves for the forthcoming weeks. Huge loss. Great player.

yep bullers. we'll see. I can still hear u lot moan abt the last game last season. and what the hell are u so happy abt? we'll still beat the crap out of u, even without gallas.
prits
This just confirms that moaninho is not entirely in charge of transfers, there was always talk that he didnt want to let billy go. Plus gallas has made the extra effort to endear himself to the gooner faithful, never fails to applaud the fans before walking off, which is always good to see.

bullers
How many times have you beat us in the last ten years Bullers? How many away games you won this season? how many home games have we lost this season? who is gonna score your 2 goals? 2 pen defoe? 1 pen keane? 1 goal Berbatov? I shouldve stayed fat mido?

Oh Iceman get a life, Your form this term has been a lot more shakey than even last year. You have just been fortunate to get away with it so often. I was genuinely expectuing you to bankl 3 points against the toon, but hey if you can't even beat newcastle in London then you are really on the ropes. Royal Scum

I think the censor kings are around - I am back off to vital Newcastle to commend them on arguably their best result of the season so far........
bullers
we removed your post accusing someone of kiddy fiddling, another accusation like that and we'll be forced to remove you from the network.

Bullers some of ur posts show u to be the true scum! also go to vital Reading and congratulate them on their best win (yes win not draw) of the season. Also go to Vital Everton and ask them what their best win was. If were off form this season what does that say about you lot? were 4th your......well i cant see as the league table to my left only goes down to 7th.

Nothing particularly against Ashley Cole, but we really did get the better deal. And Gallas assimilated with such ease you'd think he was always gunner. Hope he recovers asap. :)

it does show that mourinho appreciates the quality of gallas and that if he does then it wasn't he choice to sell him, it comes down to the bald wally who thinks he is bigger and better than anyone else in football.
