Cesc Ready To Break Bolton Hoodoo

Trips to Bolton are never nice. A nasty stadium filled with niggley fans and dirty players, but this time Cesc says we're ready for 'em

Fabregas believes Arsenal, and indeed himself are in better shape than they ever have been to face Bolton. Kevin Davies two-footed lunges and all.

'It's a big weekend for us, especially if we can get three points in a difficult stadium,' he said on a webchat on www.arsenal.com.

'Bolton is probably the most difficult stadium.

'This year we are physically much stronger, we are playing so well and I think we can do something.

'It is also important with Manchester United and Chelsea playing. This period of winter - December and January - is so important because there are so many games that you can be at the top in four or five games, so it is important to keep going because we are Arsenal.'

'In the last two seasons, the Reebok is the stadium where I have personally suffered the most because they are going for the long balls, they put pressure on you, they are strong and big. Before I didn't have the fitness for this kind of game, but this year I feel ready.'

'The team looks good and I'm sure we can do something there and I'm looking forward to the game.'

'I think Arsenal will win the Champions League. I think we can still win the league. This period is very important because we play every three days until January 5th so this is important and it will make the difference after January.'

'Sometimes we like this kind of football. We are all technical players, we all have the quality to do it.But when we played against Reading we did the same thing and scored four goals and everybody was happy.'

'I think there are a lot of situations in a game and you have to choose the one that makes a great footballer and one that makes you a good footballer.

'I think we are doing it very well.'

'The goals will come, but this year I have had so many chances that if I'd scored 30 percent maybe I could be around 10 goals now.

'But I'm not upset about it. I know the first (league) goal will come soon and after that I will score more and more.'

well, let's just hope we walk the walk as we talk the talk. I am looking forward to the game, last season was suchja disappointment and we seriously owe them a real damn good spanking. I wanna see lots of contentious issues, dubious goals, all going in favourr of arsenal, just to see that walrus faced git go ape***** and moan about it, saying they're hard done by, then i wanna see wenger walk past, slap him round the back of the head and call him a chump. »»Arsene Knows««

We're gonna win this, so much is said about this fixture that I think we'll be really fired up for this. I don't think there's a manger in the league I like less than Allardyce. He's a lying slob who coaches a team of divers, spitters and lungers.

he's a repulsive gob*****e. an abhorent troll, no-necked lying, gum-chewing thug. No wonder bolton play the way they do. My concern isd that we talked like this last year, about being fired up, and really wanting it, and turned in a completely lame performance. Here's hoping we show up this time. »»Arsene Knows««

somehow I feel that you will win as well justthe way you are approaching and playing at the moment........

I hope the little man is right but I really cant see us beating them there.

oh,i can... and we definitely are due a good performance at their gaff. Just as they eventually worked out a way to nullify us, by booting us off the park (though ot last year i wiull admit...) there will aslo come a time when we work out how to play around their negative tactics. may saturday be that day. May it bring several goals for us, and a conclusive performance by the gooners. »»Arsene Knows««

I know the same things were said last year, but i trust arsene to have come up with a plan to counter their tactics. Plus like Cesc said, he is looking MUCH better than last season. We also have players like baptista, and hleb in better form now. This year, the confidence levels somehow, seem a lot higher, and i can see more belief in the players. So I think there is reason to be optimistic, though its going to be tough.

we all have a bogey teams and bolton are deffo ours, so like spurs we can break out hoodoo and win against the odds away from home.
