Billy Almost Ready To Be A Hero

Arsene Wenger today relieved Arsenal fans worries by confirming that William Gallas could be back in time to perform heroics when Arsenal take on Porto in match day 6 of the Champions League.

Initial thoughts were that Gallas could be out for upto six weeks, but it is now apparent that the injury is not as bad as first thought.

'Gallas will not play against Fulham and Tottenham could be a bit premature - but he has a chance to be available for Porto,' Wenger told Arsenal TV Online.

Le Boss then gave news of other Arsenal injuries.

Wenger added: 'At the moment we have Tomas Rosicky and Gallas both looking extremely good and close to coming back again.

'I do not think Rosicky is ready [for Bolton] - but he has a chance to be available for Fulham.'

'Lauren is practising with the group now so that is very good news and Diaby we think he will be available in January,'

I almost posted somethign about this last night, but didnt. U thought Willy migh tmake it back before planned, as you guys will all remember the injury he sustained before which was meant to keep him out for a month, and then he made it back in about a week and a half. Hopefull he's one of thopse people who are naturally quick recoverers. Here's hoping he does make it back, and is back on top of his game for the chelski game :) »»Arsene Knows««

Liking the injury news with the other players as well...Rosicky being close, Lauren training with the guys now, and Diaby back in January. Hopefully the Gunners can string together three or four wins in a row, going into the firecracker at Stamford Bridge.

Great News! I can hurl abuse at Silly Billy for ninety minutes at Stamford Bridge on December 10th - Judas!

Judas? What has he done wrong?? Nothing, it's just another shred of proof that you boys miss him. Infact I'd hazzard a guess that you'd gladly swap back. Mugs.

To be fair he did hold out till he could get a transfer, so I can see why Chelsea fans would hold a grudge. That said Gallas hasn't been nearly as classless as Cole, who was busy burying the Gunners in ink while still wearing the shirt. So yeah, Judas will defintely be at Stamford Bridge...only he'll be wearing blue.
Shinobi
Another gooner happy to collect his pay and not play!!
