'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Lupoli Heading Back To Italy?

Arturo Lupoli headed for heady heights of Derby in the summer for a loan spell in order to get himself some first team football.

Well now it appears that that first team football has given him a taste for starting action and if he gets no assurances from Arsenal that he will get a game, then he's offski's.

'I have a long way to go yet and a lot to learn too, we will talk in a few weeks with Arsenal because I have offers from Italy and not with second level sides.' Said the Italian striker

'The contract with Arsenal expires in June and there is not an agreement for its renewal. I want guarantees to stay and I'm not talking about an economical situation.'

'Fiorentina are a great side who gamble on young players, with a coach who has managed a lot of talents and allowed them to become real players,' he added.

'The same thing goes for Udinese. Napoli would be a dream because the passion I've got from my father for that team is really strong.'

It's a bit worrying to be honest. It look's as though Stokes will be going to Sunderland, Bentdner has issued an ultimatum and now Lupoli is looking to move. It seems that as soon as these young lads get a taste of first team football, they aren't happy to slip back into the Arsenal reserve team...to be honest, who can blame them. I just hope this doesn't become a trend among our best prospects.

If they're good enough, they make it, simple as. Wenger's never let a young player go and been made to regret it.

exactly, fabregas was good enough so he got played, beleive me if there that good they will stay, bendtner does seem to be caught in his own hype though

I think Stokes as good as he has been in the Scottish Premier League need's to come back down South and play in the Championship for a season. No disrespect but the Scottish league is not the strongest competition in world football. I expect Bendtner, Larsson and Muamba to come back next season fighting for a place in the 1st team. I think Lupoli maybe on the way out, especially if there has been no contract talks so far! It's a shame as this guy has a lot of talent. Still the future is bright for next season with the likes of Merida, Denilson, Traore, O’Cearuill, Vincent van den Berg,Rui Fonte,Garry,Randall,Connolly

its a shame if he goes, and doesnt get a chance, because he was touted as a good prospect, and i watched him alot in the reserves, and was waiting for him to step up and do the business
