Liverpool Arsenal In Doubt

The Carling Cup quarter final maybe be called off after fog invaded Liverpool.

A pitch inspection will take place shortly after 6pm.

I hope the match won't be called off however it would raise a smile after my Liverpool supporting boss did a double shift in order to watch the match!

Man, could be good though, maybe we will have less injuries for the actual game, wonder what sky will show then?

Oh dear! When are you going to fit it in now?
sandgroanun
Well now he'll have to play all the kids, quite a backlog you'll be having!

Gutted....I was literally a mile and a half away from the ground when the announcement was made.

Both managers are pretty livid about the game being called off so early, and I don't say I blame 'em. When the hell can they possibly play this game? The schedule is absolutely log jammed for the next two and a half weeks, and the first leg of the Carling Cup semi-final is due to be played on January 9.
Shinobi
Another thing for the goons to moan about!
Jacky B
The game's rearranged date is now January 9, so the semi-finals gets bumped up to God knows when.
Shinobi
Jacky B, try travelling fiva and a half hours to Liverpool midweek only to find out the game's called off the second you get there. Then you'll be moaning too. I doubt you'll ever travel that far to see your team, so you prbably don't realise the frustration. Easy to call people moaners from the comfort of your armchair.
Little Dutch
At least it gave you lot's of time to mark those essay's! ;)
