Man this was some tense match, shouldn't have been tense but we won anyway, 3rd again!

BIG 3 POINTS..........

Phew! Did I say I hate set pieces? I love'em! Gilberto was immense again, and I think Senderos played very well, but have no clue why was Djourou sub'd? RvP had a fairly poor game but once more he proved that he can change the game with one strike. And where did the assist come from? Theo, Theo, Theo!

shakey, but a good 3 pts, just what we needed and what a goal from RVP ! its what i refer to as an UGLY win ! and thats what we need more of ! and WOW Gilberto just can't stop scoring !

Wenger will no doubt talk about fighting spirit. But still shakey. Didn't know why we were playing that many long balls? what we needed was the wingers to be wider both Hleb/rosicky were playing almost on top of Fabulous Fab. Did you notice until Theo's sub in 70th min we had 11 players from 11 different countries :)

Walcott's entire setup was incredible...first the way he kept the ball in play, then the vision and accuracy to make that pass to Persie in stride. Once he got in that position, you knew there was only gonna be one result. So a hard earned three points against a scrappy Watford team, while Cashley Cole makes himself look like a muppet against Reading. Not a bad day all around.

Anyone seen them lot from the Lane? Awfully quiet these days...

Delighted with the win but you have to feel for Watford. They may have been in our faces but they gave us a run for our money. Full credit to them.
