Henry Hails Reyes' Form

Arsenal captain, Thierry Henry has spoken out on Reyes' current form, heaping praise on the young Spaniard after scoring two goals in two games.

Reyes netted the winner at The Valley on Boxing day and followed it up with the second of Arsenal's four goals in last night's 4-0 victory over Portsmouth.

Henry thinks that we haven't seen the best of Reyes and that the Arsenal forward could become unstoppable.

'At the moment Jose is playing just the way we want him to play,'

'The thing I am happy about is that he is getting into the box. The goal he scored at Charlton came because he followed in. If you are not there to score then it will be not a goal. Against Portsmouth once again he followed me in. Then I just looked at him and played the ball back.

'I have said it so many times once he plays the way he plays — one, two, really quick — then no one can stop him.

'I don’t think you have seen the best of him. I know what he can do, he knows what he can do. Sometimes it is difficult to bring out on the pitch all that you can do but he is a tremendous player.

'As long as he can produce that electric game when he is always on the move then he is a really, really difficult player to stop.'
