Arsenal To Face Blackburn (Maybe)

If Arsenal can put Bolton's 'romance' with beating them to bed on valentines day then a home tie with Blackburn awaits them.

I'll admit, I did start to get a little worried as the likes of Blackpool, Ipswich, Prseton and Plymouth were all drawn, with both Arsenal and Manchester United remaining in the hat.

United were drawn and for a second my heart stopped before Reading were drawn, relif!

When I saw that a home tie awaited us if we can beat Bolton I began taunting my Spurs-supporting sister, claiming that Tottenham would do nicely to ensure we make into the next round.

So I suppose you want the draw in full now? you're a tough bunch to please but here it is:

Chelsea v Blackpool or Norwich

Watford v Ipswich

Preston v Man City

Plymouth v Derby County

Man Utd v Reading

Arsenal or Bolton v Blackburn

Bristol City or Middlesbrough v West Brom

Fulham v Tottenham

Rovers are playing the Gooners (maybe) in the Youth Cup lol :) It is the Youth Cup in the image isn't it?
Hughes Da Man
Rubbish, the whole draw again. The F.A Cup is dead, forget about it.
Little Dutch
Whoops. lol. You can't change the image can you?
simmy8_2000
Nah you can't, bit of a pain at times isn't it. Wish Rovers were playing you in the Youth Cup! I'd not fancy our chances anymore though, in fact even less with the kids you guys have.
Hughes Da Man
Damn. You had to go and point it out didn't you???? :P
simmy8_2000
Sorry simmy as soon as I'd done it I thought I wish I hadn't but felt we owed you one for the 6-2! :)
Hughes Da Man
looks like the last 8 will be: Chelsea, Ipswich, Preston, Derby, Reading, West Brom, Fulham and .... well I have to say Rovers... :-)
Ex Ewood Resident
Reading over Man U? Are you putting money on that or something?
Ozi Gooner
I'd go Chelsea, Ipswich, Man City, Plymouth, Reading, Bristol City, Fulham and of course Rovers. Reading caused United problems at Old Trafford earlier in the season so can see them getting a draw then winning at the Madejski so I'm with Ex Ewood Resident there.
Hughes Da Man
i dont think Man City will beat Preston, they are a two man team and thats only if both Richards and Barton are on form. I think Nugent will punish them severly for any mistake, and they always make a few
Ozi Gooner
Easy route to the final then, knock over the stiffs before coming up against one of the remaining Cola sides in the semi;s

You have to think that shrewd Arsene wouldn't mind losing the match at the Reebock too much. Hopefully it will be after extra time!
Westl
it is a joke draw, there will never be a team outside of the temporary "big 4" (flattering to one team, should be three) that will go on to win the FA Cup. Magic, yeah sure

Christ on a chopper if we do the Orcs we face another loada bullyboys, we won't have enough fit players left to field a fackin five a side Monsieur Wenger commence panic buying....now!!!
nikolaijns
To be honest, though I want Arsenal to win every game and I will be delighted if we go through, I wouldn't be overly bothered if we lost!
Rocky7
this year the draws have been harsh on us in domestic cups (liverpool*2, everton, bolton) . Look at the likes of chelsea (wycombe, forest, blackpool or norwich): lucky.
delver
Another tough draw for the Blues...

I agree Rocky, particular if we get to the Carling Cup Final. Play the kids at the reebok, I wouldn't back against them to do it, the likes of Denilson don't look intimidated. But if we do go out its more experience for them (which they deserve) and less fixtures for us. The way I see it, we can't really lose at the reebok. Plus, for those on silver/red membership, two days to buy tickets for the B'burn match! I couldn't see us shifting 30,000 tickets in that time.
Little Dutch
We gonna lose... More chance of winning at San Siro than the Reebok. Bolton reckon its a rugby match
Tugboat
It’s hilarious to hear the crowd at The Arse singing ”Shame on Bolton-Always cheating”. Take a look at your own players first. Adebayor was at his best in the Bolton game with the worst piece of acting so far this season. Too bad he wasn’t sent off. Bocking for acting and another booking for bad acting. It seems like Mr. Whinger is teaching his players to cheat. V Persie, Pires, Henry, Adebayor. The list goes on and on.

San Siro? Does that mean we're gonna win 5-1 again?!
Little Dutch
Stop whining girls. Grow some muscle and behave like men. Can’t you take a tackle? As soon as someone doesn’t treat you like the prima donnas you are Mr. Whinger starts crying and all the fans join in lament. Pathetic.
