'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Wenger joy at ruthless Guns (AUDIO)

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says his side mean business this year, after watching Emmanuel Adebayor score his first hat-trick and Cesc Fabregas net his sixth goal in all competitions this season.

Abou Diaby opened the scoring early on as it was clearly evident from the start it was just a case of how many would Arsenal put past the leakiest defence in the league. Derby have conceded 16 goals in their 4 trips away from Pride Park, and are yet to score. But that didn't take away from Wenger's smile after the game, with his side now 3 points clear at the top of the league.

come on lads, we're not likely to win it (pressed the self destruct button again) please make sure you keep it out of Liverpool and Uniteds hands!

Lets just hope we don't get complacent and continue playing this type of football for weeks to come.

Hate to say it, but my thoughts for the title have changed dramatically since pre-season. United and your 'previous no-hopers' are the only 2 teams that look like potential champions at the moment. One is playing the right kind of football and getting the right kind of results, the other is just getting the right kind of results. Liverpool might just get it right in time, but Chelsea are gonna crumble. You'll probably lose/draw the odd game here or there, but I don't think your resolve will be truly tested until you suffer your first upset (if it happens).
