Arsenal legend Thierry Henry says that his former club have what it takes to win both the Premiership and the Uefa Champions League this season.
When Arsenal sold their record goal scorer every pundit in the land predicted the downfall of The Gunners. Only a few Arsenal fans had predicted Arsenal's youngsters would blossom without him, and even fewer rival fans made the same prediction.
But Arsenal haven't lost a game since Titi left. In fact, there has been only one match where Arsenal haven't ben fantastic for 90 minutes, and that was last weekend's 3-2 win over Sunderland. Even then Arsene Wenger's men/boys pullend 3 points out the hat.
The Barcelona striker made his bold prediction to The London Evening Standard: 'I have been watching Arsenal and see that they are playing entertaining football and winning every game home and away.
'I know the young players there very well and they can definitely win the Premier League and Champions League this season.
'I watched how they beat Sevilla in the Champions League and I think they sent out a big message to the rest of Europe.
'Sevilla is not an easy team to play, but Arsenal played a great game.'
When asked if he was still in touch with former manager Arsene Wenger Henry revealed that he was, despite rumours the two had fallen out: 'Me and Arsene have been in contact a few times since I left.
'I always talk to him because even with the difference of age, the bond and respect is there.
He then went on to praise Arsene's personality, as well as his managerial abililties: 'It is tremendous that he has signed a new contract. He has great eyes and just has a talent for spotting young talent.
'He is a great human being as well and that's what makes the difference. He makes players feel comfortable and always gets the best out of them.'
