Wenger Names Squad For Milan

Arsene Wenger has named the 18-man squad that will travel to the San Siro on Tuesday when Arsenal face AC Milan.

As Vital Arsenal reported, Van Persie will return. He's joined by Eboue, who missed the Aston Villa game through suspension.

However, Kolo Toure has not made the trip after failing to recover from an injury sustained in the first leg.

The squad is as follows:

i must say i have a sneaking suspicion you will get the result in milan. for thefirst time in a while, your sqaud looks quite strong aswell, the only thing van persie fit enough to start or make a real contribution or will you rely on bendtner/walcott with adebayor?
I think we'll be playing a 4-5-1 tomorrow with Eboue on the right, Diaby or Walcott on the left and Hleb in the centre just behind Adebayor. The rest just pan out.
Im so effing happy van persie is back. Best news ive had all day! Thanks united4life, but i dont think he'll rush RVP str8 back in to things yet.
Out of CL and 3rd in the league??Another trophy-less season IMO:)
No, last 16 in the CL and 1st in the league.
Wow U4L were you trying to jinx it? J/k lol. AW said RvP won't start. He'd better come back to the side against someone like Wigan, Milan is too stressful. Hope the guys could manage w/o him. Is "out of CL" or "not in CL" better, or is "1st in the league" or "11th (bottom half, just) in the league" better, I wonder lol. Anyway. Let's cause the Italians some troubles!

If we can cancel out the inevitable Senderos cock-up we should give Milan a scare.

Cockeril - one tin cup in 10 years and the Spuds think they know it all! Good luck finishing above us this season, as forecast by yourselves. Or is it "next year"? AGAIN?
Great to have RVP back, but I think it will count for nothing in this game - though hopefully I'm wrong. Robin will not be risked again, so will sit on the bench till the 75th minute. The key - as it so often seems to be - will be Cesc. If he is playing somewhere near the top of his game, he will perk everyone up and we will win, but if he follows recent form, we will be kicked out.
1-0 to Arsenal!
2-1 I reckon. Adebayor & Clichy to score (Gut feeling..........or maybe I just need a crap, lol)
*both goals in the correct net too. 2-1 to the Arsenal.
Wow two ducks would be too much for them to break.. Judging from the way we make things difficult for ourselves, I can see us conceding one, then pull one back, another roller-coaster ride.. but 1-1 is job done. :)

Senderos needs to play like he did agaisnt Milan the first time if we are to progress.
i'm feeling a 4-1 to arsenal. As underdogs - we always play better. Its as if we are going into the game behind, the way the build up is.
i predict milan to win 2-1 and the italian police to bash you for good measure.
5-1 is one of those spuddies who has an unhealthy obsession with Arsenal. You're more motivated by hatred of Arsenal than love of your own team.
Jaelle, welcome! Can tell you're new here because you're wasting your breath hehehe
Lou the Gunneress
jaelle, you have actually spoken the most sense out of any gooner on this site, ive been telling people that for years, i do hate arsenal more then i love my own team
Don't mind if we hate you too, do ya 5-1? 2-1 to the Arsenal, and Italian police to find a random spud supporter holidaying there and beating him up!
i think we shud play both guilberto and flamini in the middle cesc in front hleb on the left ebuoue on the rite........seomtin like a 4-2-3-1.....
good luck for the game although i think 0-0 first up
ozanne park rangers really are stoopid for admitting that
I just hope there is no trouble and the Milan fans behave themselves towards the African Players. Should be a good game as it is finely balanced with both sides looking to win.
I hav a sneaky suspicion that it will be decided on away goals.. and I do believe that we will go for the 4-4-1-1.. with Diaby on the left and hleb playing behind Ade.. and obviously Eboue on the right.. he played well in the first leg and he could prove to be a decisive figure along with Sagna on the right side for us tonight.
think that too about sagna and eboue. they are very important tonight. Need high tempo on the wings with cesc and hleb keeping good possesion
