'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Ask Twenty Stupid Questions

1.Arsene Wenger has said this week that he is "scared that in the modern game there is no room for international friendlies." Who`s he trying to kid? A) SCARED!? Should that be roughly translated as "get rid of these useless excuses for football matches now!"? and B) Arsene, as long as Mr. Blatter and his cronies are picking up arse fattening pay cheques for them, there will ALWAYS be room for international friendlies.

2.Haven`t won in five, its Bolton away next on the back of a round of internationals without our most consistent performer this season (bar possibly Flamini) absent, could the odds be stacked any more firmly against us? (While Chelsea and United get Boro and Villa at home respectively. Great, I mean they`re hardly the most taxing fixtures, anybody could beat those two at home……..oh, yeah).

3.Where did Holland get the cheek to play van Persie for ninety minutes, when he hasn`t been able to do this for Arsenal for six months? (Because he was injured playing for Holland!)

4.Following Stevie Me`s moan that Rooney`s positioning was to blame for another abject Gerrard performance against quality opposition on Wednesday; does this guy ever take responsibility for anything? Ever?

5.Now, I`m not suggesting respect for match officials isn`t important, but shouldn`t we be addressing more important things? Like getting an interpretation of the offside rule that people without Physics Degrees can understand? Or stamping out (excuse the pun) dangerous tackles?

6.And where does John "Tourettes" Terry get the balls to come out and demonstrate his support for respecting match officials? What next? Myra Hindley castigates drink drivers?

7.This Sunday, JT was upstaged in the sportsmanship stakes by Emmanuel Eboue. Is there a worst indictment in football?

8.In a bid to brown nose his way to the England captaincy this week, Terry informed journalists, "Off the pitch I`ll be nice as pie, I`ll smile, I`ll sign autographs, but when I cross that white line, I want to win." Would "being nice as pie" constitute urinating on nightclub floors, parking in disabled bays because he has enough money to pay the fine and getting pissed up and abusive in front of grieving American travellers at Heathrow on September 11th 2001?

9.Can we now please stop kicking the ball out for other team`s injured players? Chris Sutton, Spurs times two, John Terry, we keep getting raped by this stupid convention.

10.Were the Chelsea fans who sang "you don`t know what you`re doing" at Avram Grant when Chelsea were trailing 1-0 on Sunday even slightly embarrassed to celebrate the winning goal?

11.Does anybody else really, really hope Drogba goes to Italy in the summer?

12.Cesc Fabregas, Aliaksandr Hleb and William Gallas all played ninety minutes in international friendlies this week. Don`t you just want to f****g chin someone?

13.Should Adebayor be given a breather on the bench tomorrow?

14.Is it wrong that I`m considering applying for a visa to Moscow? I`m not being over confident, but apparently it takes six weeks to clear applications, is there a club or UEFA directive on this? Surely eighty thousand people can`t be issued visas in two weeks.

15.Who appointed Alex Ferguson as referee supremo? (Ferguson alleged that Hackett has favourite referees, nominating Clattenburg and Bennett. In the aftermath of this assertion, both were appointed for last Sunday`s top four clashes. Howard Webb has been suspiciously overlooked for refereeing duties since Fergie`s rant).

16.Jose Antonio Reyes to Newcastle United in the summer. Is this anybody else`s favourite transfer rumour of all time?

17.Will Kevin Davies be able to jump without wildly swinging his elbows tomorrow? (Consider that one a rhetorical question).

18.John Batchelor has made a bid for Mansfield Town this week and is proposing to rename Mansfield after fictional team Harchester United from Sky One`s awful soap 'Dream Team.` Whatever happened to the beautiful game?

19.We lose Bacary Sagna to injury, United lose Darren Fletcher on the same day. Is someone taking the piss?

20.What was Mark Hughes` reaction to Rovers bench warmer and South African international Aaron Mokoena injuring Roque Santa Cruz in a friendly against Paraguay this week?LD.

Ha ha, I love this twenty questions series. Long may it continue. Cue the influx of moronic idiots unable to see a humerous article when they see one, calling Tim "arrogant" and "narcissistic".
Rocky7
RE: Question 16 - if Reyes didn't like the weather in London, what the hell is he going to make of the North East?! Wet and windy down South, is it? Dear oh dear Jose.
Moorish
(Admittedly as I type that I am sat in London and it is *****ing down outside, but you know what I mean).
Moorish
Lmfao Moorish!!
Rocky7
Re JT "getting *****ed up and abusive in front of grieving American travellers at Heathrow on September 11th 2001?" - omigod, I never heard this! Sheesh, every week it seems I hear another horrible JT story. And get that visa!
jaelle
BTW, Wenger has confirmed his comments to the French press re Ben Arfa. In his interview on the official site, he confirms his interest if the player were for sale.
jaelle
hes a decent player, was good against us and he has apparenly fallen out with benzema...the deal could be on.
united4life
Q.13 sure Adebayor need to hit the bench so that he can reconsider some of his awful misses lately and pick up his game (work hard), wish he got a fast growing hair lol....Q.16 Reyes is a shame he left Arsenal, i think i should start kicking it down newcastle when i need ro warm up the skin and a longer day and shorter night....Reyes should come jam with us here @ Down Under hehe
fellow
Hypothetical situation A: We get Ben Arfa, however due to injuries we lack quality in depth on the wings. Most Arsenal fans would then say: We should've gotten Quaresma too. Hypothetical situation B: We get Ben Arfa AND Quaresma, but due to injuries lack quality in depth on the wings. Most Arsenal fans would then say: We should've got every after winger available as well. LOL
entropy13
LOL! so true, entropy, so true!
jaelle
You might of added further evidence of purple noses impact on referees, for example the " usual 7 minutes of injury time at Arsenal" comment then lo and behold the next game the ref blows up a whole minute before he should of...
hazzagooner
Anyone from arsenal you lot would reccomend for English team captain?
k_chelski
does hairstyle have a direct effect on footballing performances? Adebayor, Henry, Ljungberg, Gilberto slightly, Eduardo, Sagna.... It goes on...
ArsenalRob
I really really don't see it happening, whatever Arsene says, (you know you can never trust Arsene when he talkes about transfers), but if we did... hell yeah! brilliant player if you ask me, and I think Arsenal would be the perfect place for him to progress as a footballer...Not gonna happen though....
ArsenalRob
Kev - Manuel Almunia. Eligable to play for England and a much more respectable person. Then again, Harold Shipman is more respectable than John Terry.
Rocky7
Arsene just answered Q13: http://www.arsenal.com/article.asp?thisNav=News&article=489559&lid=NewsHeadline&Title=Wenger+-+Adebayor+maybe+needs+a+breather
Lou the Gunneress
Lets hope for a win tommorow. My last 2 visits to the Reebok have ended in defeat.
paul_ownz
Ben Arfa is decent. He hasn't spoken to Benzema for months.Cole and Sheringham never spoke either and we won a treble! Ben Arfa would be a good addition for ye.With the injury list you've got anyone would be a welcome addition!
java
I don't know what's your problem with JT.
Fan of Blues
Fan of Blues, I don't really like despicable ****s.
Little Dutch
Fan of Blues, you guys can't stand Eboue and he's hardly popular among gooners. Certain players just generate this kind of hostility. JT is one of them. Hell, even Capello got on his back this week.
jaelle
Rocky, I'd love to see Almunia as the England captain.Gold hair, foreigner, name full of Ls.
k_chelski
Off topic - is this true? If I feel something funny is going on, am I just paranoid over this? http://arseblog.com/columns/2008/03/28/cescs-new-agent-is-darren-dein/
Lou the Gunneress
Q9. When did Spurs fail to kick the ball out twice? I assume one occasion was the infamous Highbury game when two Arsenal players tackled each other and then tried to fain injury when they realised they'd be left exposed by their own idiocy. I seem to recall not once single journalist (including the Arsenal loving James Lawton or Alan Smith) though Spurs should have kicked the ball out but I don't seem to recall the second occasion this event occured?
Bran Mak Morn
The other one was November 97, Vieira kicks the ballout for an injured Anderton (never?), Ruel Foxtook the throw and gave itto Sinton who scored.
Little Dutch
So one occasion, the ball should not have been kicked out anyway as having not being injured, the two Arsenal players were simply trying to stop a Spurs attack. However, in other circumstances, this gentlemanly conduct is, I agree, being abused by players faking injuries to get an advantage. If the ball is kicked out for an injury when that injury doesn't exist, then the player should be booked for ungentlemanly conduct.
Bran Mak Morn
I hope we do not get Ben Arfa. Although talented, he's hugely inconsistent, brilliant today, crap in the next game. He needs to mature but i doubt he'll turn into a Cristiano. I's rather have Benzema. He's more expensive but at least he's obsessed by shooting on goal, scoring which is what we need.. more directness.. he's got a bit of an ego though.. but all great strikers do.. see TH14
Gael-Force
Benzema won't come as Arsene will be horrified at spending £25m+ on a player.... something Fergie doesn't lose sleep over.. so brace yourself for some 16 year old unknown from venezuela... Final thought: better get the 3 points today or else....
Gael-Force
No preview this week? Was that meant to change our luck..?
Lou the Gunneress
Good to see RvP and Bendtner up front. Yeah Senderos! :) But raining... I don't feel good about this..
Lou the Gunneress
1-0 down and diaby is off! terrible disciplinary record under wenger continues. lose this and you are truly finished!
cockeril
What's so "finished" about being 3rd anyway?
Lou the Gunneress
5 points clear to 3rd is a disaster, especially after Wenger was mouthing off that you were going to win the league before the Chavs game.If you lose today i feel it is curtains as far as th title goes.
cockeril
sometimes the gods arejust not with you....fak
anonymous
Our players just look so uninterested today. Both goals could have been avoided. I don't know what's happening to our team, but our lack of confidence means we'll get nothing out of this game I'm afraid.
Cheese.
2-0....mmmmm
cockeril
"diaby should never play football again" - doubt you will hear tht from megson!
united4life
And Matt Taylor's a Yiddo.
HATEtheGOONERS
Was it a bad tackle? did not seen it ;-)
cockeril
Diaby didn't kill anyone, though.
Cheese.
Keep mucking up like this and maybe the Gunners will meet Spurs in the UEFA Cup next season.
jammydodger
no arsenal player broke anyone's ankle so sod off... diaby was sidelined 9 months himself with a dislocated ankle at sunderland so he wouldn't do it.. it was a bad tackle and he got his red that's all. now get a life.
Gael-Force
we'll be back in the second half. the guys will respond, and then we wont see these scummies on our site..
luckys_10
Did Wenger See the tackle??? Walnut time!
cockeril
(1) 5 points clear was an achievement, possibly an over-achievement, 3rd is about what we deserve considering the entire season. Not a disaster, this season's just a difficult learning curve full of ups and downs, but overall it's still a big leap year on year. (2) Still don't see anything wrong with a manager keeping faith despite difficulties. (3) If we lose today, yes the title's gone. Not bcos it's mathematically impossible, but this is just not champions' form. (4) Yes I think you'll see your favourite AW red card count in the papers again. (5) No excuse for Diaby's challenge and performance at all. I just keep failing to understand why he's still put in LM. (6) Still proud of the lads. You go back and enjoy your team's adventures. I enjoy ours.
Lou the Gunneress
**** IT! 2-0 AT HALF TIME :D WE GOT ANOTHER 45MINS TO TURN IT AROUND. GO GOOOOOOOOOONERS!!!
ajwb
and we have seen on plenty on occasions when Arsene's team have gone a man down and 2-0 down to come back to win it. whatever happens, our football is going to be awesome in the second half..
luckys_10
im depressed :( ..........
HENRY`14
Ridiculous from Diaby! In fact, brainless would be a better description! Even with 10, 2-0 is very harsh, but that's just the way things have been going for us recently in the Prem. To be honest U4L, there is no defending Diaby's challenge, it was poor, just like Taylors! The difference is though, tomorrow the media will scrambling all over each other in a bid to get Diaby deported.
flv
what is kolo doing on the right? diaby was rubbish on the left too before being sent off.
Gael-Force
LOOLOLOL I LOVE ARSENAL :)
ajwb
Gael, I thought Kolo's ok on the right. But it's really time to look at Diaby's LM experiment. Even Theo's and Eboue's RW experiments are more successful than his on the other side tbph..
Lou the Gunneress
if we don't score one within the first 15minutes, we should take gallas, cesc and hleb out to rest for wed
Gael-Force
FORGET WED..LETS WIN TODAYYYYYYYYYY!
ajwb
Wow, luckys. I didn't know any Gooner had any spirit left in them.
Cheese.
Defence is awful..
Lou the Gunneress
NO PRESSURE ON US ..ITS BOLTONS TO LOSE..SEE IF WE CAN GET SOME GOALS AT LEAST
ajwb
Lou you are the most liked gooner on this site, You Can take banter I will give you that and you a realist but even you must be disappointed and down at how you season is in crumbles and it seems to be getting worse, This is relegation form.
cockeril
THE REF AS CHANGED SHIRTS THANKFULLY..
ajwb
got 1 back.
YankeeDeuce
YAYYAYAYYAY CAPTAINNNNNNNN!!!!
Lou the Gunneress
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP ANOTHER 1 PLEASE :)
ajwb
BILLYYYYYY GREAT FINISH
ajwb
We should try more of those, at least use our pace to force more corners and keep trying. Not just stick with our passing game, that's especially hard with 10 men. We didn't deserve to go 2-0 down. But with the combination of concentration lapses, Diaby's red and bad luck lately, we pay for those things when we don't play well ourselves. And Cockeril, thanks but I don't want to be liked. I want our team to win.
Lou the Gunneress
GAME ON..
luckys_10
RVP!!!
YankeeDeuce
PENALTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY ;D
ajwb
Robinnnnnnnnnn!!!! :D
Lou the Gunneress
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH YES!!!!!!!!I LOVE ARSENAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RVP!!!!!!!!!!
ajwb
WENGER IS GOD!
ajwb
we need to capitalise on this good period. Ade had two chances and should have played Theo in for the second one..
luckys_10
We REALLY REALLY have to stop giving the ball back to Bolton in our own 3rd!! >_<
Lou the Gunneress
Don't be silly - God is God.
jammydodger
WENGER IS THE NEAREST THING YOU WILL EVER GET TO A GOD
ajwb
****c ****c ****c what is Ade doing..
luckys_10
Right, Arsene Wenger's just a God-sent genius. :)
Lou the Gunneress
Theo is rapid!
ajwb
Ah nooooooo
Lou the Gunneress
good job i cant lip-read MEGSON!
ajwb
Theo's just such an honest boy.. he got kicked in the box and stayed on his feet..
Lou the Gunneress
I want to cryyyyy!!! :D
Lou the Gunneress
yes!!!!!
YankeeDeuce
yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats why i love arsenal
ajwb
Jammydog and cock*****, go back into your holes now. this is ARSENAL, our season is back on track now. and you keep chilling in the bottom half, that is where yu belong..
luckys_10
still not over. lets wait before we start celebrating..
luckys_10
I love these goals!!! Scrap it out, we CAN scrap it out!!!
Lou the Gunneress
ha,ha luckys you have no class man the abuse has started, you can dish it out but cannot take the banter. Good comeback guys i think?
cockeril
hahahahahahahahahahh yes yes yes yes yes yes Oooohh YES!
ajwb
bout bloody time... a bit of momentum goin into the next few matches will go a long way!
Unwell
Cockeril, it was very stupid to laugh at us when it's just half time! Thanks for watching. :)
Lou the Gunneress
UNluckys10 A) Bolton are Sh!te B) Yor gunna win F@ck All :)
HATEtheGOONERS
hahahahaha, what a comeback 1 man down 2 goals down and we came back and won it,this is the character wenger talks about all the time,we right back in it hahahaha
the arsenal
Wenger is a genius.
ajwb
Nah Luckys, don't send them away, let them come over. I'm glad they chose to watch us and saw how we came back! :D
Lou the Gunneress
what a performance, what a team. i love being a gooner. there is nothing better in the world than supporting this great club..
luckys_10
where are the spuddies? we've done it. what a comeback. wasn't pretty but we'll take anything.. especially down to 10. We might not win it this year but The future is ours. keep the belief. this game was great experience for our squad.. under *****ing rain at the reebok
Gael-Force
Lou I only laugh when the fat lady ..... I just said that it was looking bleak and you cannot afford to lose this game and always felt that the game was not done and dusted as it was a relegation team you were playing;)
cockeril
HTG, i just have one thing to tell yu "hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha"..
luckys_10
Huge, huge confidence boost for the boys...and about time too!
Touredinho
I bet Wenger is going to say (1) Did not see the Diaby Tackle, (2) Arsenal will win the title. Lou why give up 3 rd is not a done deal?
cockeril
I said I was proud when we were 1 man down, 2 goals down. I want to say I'm even prouder now but don't know what to say really!! Gael Force, you said we'd better pull 1 back in the 1st 15 mins of the 2nd half. Gallas obliged on 61 mins! ;)
Lou the Gunneress
stop lying cockeril... it doesn't suit you...
Gael-Force
Luckys - I hand it you buddy, you had the faith and were the only one! I can't believe it, I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy!!! That feels like we've just won the league itself!
Gooner_Vin
wat a remarkable turn around.. an away win in ****e conditions at reebok, with 2-0 and 1 man down at half time.. could the odds be stacked any further.. i'm trembling as i type this and i'm bloody euphoric.. now, if only villa can become our heroes for the moment
McGooner
i still have to see the winner again, cuz i went nuts when it went in and dun really know who scored it. ill be back in two mins..
luckys_10
WOW!! that was SIK!!!!!!!
ajwb
OG Lucky or what!
cockeril
I know people'd say that about Arsene, but he's gonna say no excuse there. Didn't you see him shake his head after Diaby's challenge? He knew it. He'll own up to it. I meant 3rd's possibly the lowest position we'd end up with, didn't say and don't think that's our target at all. This is a weird game, very scrappy which could mean disadvantage to us. But I'm so so happy (probably even happier than seeing those pretty goals) bcos our fighting spirit (even more required now) that we showed earlier in the season (e.g. Everton) is back.
Lou the Gunneress
it was Cesc. remarkable performance. and Gooner_Vin, i've seen this team over the years comeback with a man and goals down, and i've always had faith in this team and especially Arsene. and i hope and pray that all yu gooners all over the world will always trust the manager because ARSENE KNOWS..
luckys_10
Unluckys10 i'm glad you've won today,i hate bolton nearly as much as you pikey lot.Plus it means when utd win the league and the pool knock you out the cup it will be even funnier.Always next year. :(
HATEtheGOONERS
I didn't watch the second half and just found out the score! :D I'm guessing by the scoreline we played well in the second half. To come back in such a way is probably just as uplifting as a large margin win. I really hope this comeback is just the stepping stone for an even BIGGER comeback that sees us back into the title race. I'm going to be happy for the rest of the week now (or till the 'Pool game). I love this team. :)
Cheese.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOHhhhhhhhh YEA.......***** what a match that was!!!Diaby is an idiot though
WouldYouBelieveIt?!
haha cockeril, it's time to go to bed now. i dont know if we are going to win the title this season, but we will certainly not have to wait 47 years to win it :d..
luckys_10
Even better if it's us who send Bolton down! ;) Oh no Cheese, you missed the big big drama!! Many twists and turns, sloppy defence, lots of scary moments, that's why we're so euphoric!!
Lou the Gunneress
HTG, if this happens to yu, if that happens to yu, it will be funnier. yu know the amount of time yu spending wanting for us to fail, if yu wud spend half of that time, supporting ur players and manager, they wouldn't be languishing in 11th place then. no wonder ur team has not won the league for 47 years..
luckys_10
Cheese why didnt yu watch the second half? why? why why?
luckys_10
now all we need is for Villa to do us a favour. fingers crossed..
luckys_10
Had we lost this match, the title would be officially gone. But this last-gasp fight is keeping us alive. Never say die. As the genius himself said, "I don't play for second and I don't give up."
Lou the Gunneress
Hatethegoons yu can always hope for other teams to beat us mate, your season was over years back lol now tell me if the yids coulsd come back 2 goals down with 10 men away and win the game hahaha jealous *****head now go back to your site midtable mother*****er
the arsenal
i hope we go to Old Trafford less than 6 points behind United. then it's game on again. and that is why it is vital to beat Pool twice next week..
luckys_10
Defence was shaky, but it's obviously a confidence thing, which got better in the 2nd half. I like the good signs we saw from RvP and Theo. And the fight - I feel a fresh RvP has made a difference there too. Stay positive guys!
Lou the Gunneress
Luckys that'd be ideal and extremely exciting to watch! But let's not get ahead of ourselves. Like many of us said before this game, tunnel vision is key. Now having come so close to breaking our record of games w/o wins and still pulled back to win it in the 89th min of the game, if we focus 100% on Liverpool and not think about ManU or Chelsea or anyone now, at least we'll stay alive, only then would we stand a chance.
Lou the Gunneress
theo should be more confident and hit that goal byline more often. when he does and cuts back infield, i can sense the panic. shame he doesn't do it enough. I don't care about the villa match. i expect them to be rolled over. but if they nick a draw it will be a great day. MU still have to play us and chelsea, the pressure is on them.
Gael-Force
you're right Lou, and i think that is what Arsene will tell the players and ask them to do. the ride back home will be a lot better for the team now, and i dun think they will feel tired at all. and btw i hope Pool win tomm so that they will not really be that concerned about the league game next week..
luckys_10
Tee-hee keep it up,it's just gonna get even sweeter. Now f@ck off back to
HATEtheGOONERS
Ronaldo scores :(
luckys_10
DREAM-LAND! :)
HATEtheGOONERS
and ur right Gael, we have to beat Pool first n then United, simple as that..
luckys_10
HTG, you're in the DREAM-LAND for the past 47 years :)
luckys_10
I agree Lou, let's just focus on Liverpool now and we can't get ahead of ourselves. Hopefully this has restored heir confidence enough to win against 'Pool in the CL, or PL, or both, preferably. Oh and luckys, I couldn't watch the 2nd half because I was using a crummy internet connection to watch the game, and it kept giving up on me.
Cheese.
Didn't you just expect Ronaldo to score in every match? No surprise there. But Villa aren't bad either. Their young players are good and Carew's looking strong. And Liverpool will give a lot against Everton, good thing's that they play late Sunday afternoon. Then they have to travel to London. We just have to get behind the team, then fingers and toes and everything crossed. :)
Lou the Gunneress
Despite Diaby and defensive display, I'm hopeful because there're many positives to take from this game. Fighting spirit is an obvious one. Goal from corner. Late goal. Trying different ways to score, using a bit more width with Theo on, crosses, cut-backs from byline, corner, a couple of long balls. Try to vary a little bit and make ourselves less predictable. And that bit of luck came back (way overdue) at the end of the game, love that deflected goal! :D
Lou the Gunneress
typical aston villa rolling over for manure and gifting them 3 points as usual. is it just me or do teams love to raise their game against us and give us a good 'ol british knock about, but when it comes to manure at old trafford they'd rather drop their shorts and take it up the arse... still, can't complain, what a comeback today.... one game at a time!!!
polski14
Don't doubt Villa, polski, we were 2-0 down and look what happened! But still, Man Utd. aren't Bolton.
Cheese.
It does seem that way polski
ajwb
Tbh you can see teams fear ManU bcos of their track record and Ronaldo's good run. It's just human for Villa or other teams to go there and find it tough to break through bcos the momentum's with ManU now. That's precisely the psychological edge we should get back, then teams will fear us again.
Lou the Gunneress
polski, are you for real? How can you accuse other teams of "dropping their shorts" when the Gooners did the exact same thing on their last visit to the Theatre of Dreams. No need to get bitter because Arsenals title dreams fell apart.Give credit where it's due,we're playing brilliant football at the moment as ye were all season....well,until it really mattered ;))
java
Well, I'll be honest, at half time for the first time in a long time I lost faith!!! F*** me, from here on in, I'm never gonna have faith again 8-) My only concern is how draining that was for the 10 in preps for the CL game. The media will be really *****ed off by that comeback. I can see the headlines tomorrow already, 'Diaby should be imprisoned for life', completely ignoring the comeback of course. I will also be honest in the fact that I weren't expecting Villa to get anything at OT today. The truth is we must win every game now, and that means 3 points at OT, and hope for Chelsea to get at least a draw and then s is likely, either Boro, Blackburn or Wigan to get a draw against Man U. Anybody remember seeing Liverpool spank the Hammers in, 'THE SEASON', and thinking, 'Ah well, we did our best', ala Man U v Villa today??? Not that I've got any faith of course 8-)
flv
java, I think your boys have been awesome this season, both in the way that you've played fooball and in your machine like performances when called upon. The thing which f's me off more than anything is that in the last five games we are 5 points worse off due to some really poor MIB decisions. You'd still be a point clear of us, and deservedly so, but at least it would be a tighter contest. Credit where it's due though, your team has been excellent and *****e officials are everybody's problem, not just ours!
flv
Can't wait to see the Manur v le'arse game. You lot could be looking at the wrong end of another 5 -1. Game set and match I believe they call it.
AggressiveSpurs
Tim youre "arrogant" and "narcissistic"
HuddersfieldYiddo
Hey, our first win since you started this 20 Q feature, LD. I dont know what you did just before you posted this particular feature, but please repeat it exactly before you post the next one ;).
