Yaya Goes Gaga For Arsenal

Yaya Goes Gaga For Arsenal

Barcelona powerhouse midfielder and brother of Arsenal defender, Yaya Toure, admits that he would love to play alongside his sibling.

Amidst rumours that the Catalan's are set for a major clear out this summer, the easy assumption to make is that the Gunners would look to take Yaya Toure off the hands of Barcelona after the departure of Matty Flamini.

Yaya himself admits that the lure of the bright lights of the premier league and the chance to play with his brother might be too tempting to resist.

'I am aware of the interest from the Premier League,' told skysports.com.

'But I can't say anything yet - however it would be great to play in a big team with my brother, it would be fantastic but you never know.'

Wldnt bode too well for when the ACN comes by again tho...anyhow this has to be a rumour. No how Barca will be letting Yaya go. one of their better players

Our best bet to replace Flamini would be Barry...if we could afford him. He knows the climate well and is technicaly up there...he is also at his peak

Well Chelsea coped well enough without their stars, so that's encouraging... I suppose we'd just have to hope Togo repeatedly fail to qualify. I reckon he would be ideal and I rate him higher than Barry for defensive reasons (which is what we need), but it still seems unlikely. It's very unfortunate that we let him slide through when he was on trial.

Didn't he say a few years ago he had zero interest in joining Arsenal? Alot of time has passed since then but still...
