Play Up Pompey

Just a quick note to say all the best to Portsmouth in their Cup Final against Cardiff today. Despite Lasgne Diarrohea's entirely unnecessary comments this week,I would love to see Sol, Big Tone, Ralph and Kanooooooooo lift another trophy. Harry Redknapp deserves this success too. Plus, the Welsh F.As interference by somehow allowing Darren Purse to play and whingeing about Cardiff getting into Europe has left a sour taste. (Cardiff have known for fifty years or more that an F.A. Cup win would not permit them to enter the UEFA Cup). So the beers are on ice, I'm off to my good buddy's flat and will be cheering on the Portsmouth boys today. May the Pompey chimes ring loud and clear. Play up Pompey.LD.

Yes Pompey for me too. They play decent football at times. So far this has been a season for small clubs triumphing in the domestic cups though so Cardiff are in with a shout.

id like to see the underdog win the cup, and sol to have a heart attack on the pitch and drop dead, or just have a nervous breakdown and ruin pompey season, like he did at that other club

Congratulations Pompey. I was also rooting for them, and its good to see them win. 'Arry deserves some silverware, and atleast some one with connections to Arsenal is lifting a trophy this season.

Thank god the taffs didnt win it! They even bitched about the national anthem being played at wembley, they got what they deserved, now if only we can convince them all to bvote for independence! LOL

Good one Pompey, you've managed to make Hassielbank's career a miserable journey, he is still trophyless in cup finals.

I didn't know frank mum was Harry's sister in law, and that made me choke watching the interview, the life of Harry has certainly been a colourful one and this is the topping for him and i am very chuffed for him. he is certainly one of the best managers around in england and IMO should of had the england manager's job.

We thank you Arsenal for your support & I am so proud we did it. 30+ years of watching Pompey in all 4 divisions & now we have our 1st major trophy in our life time. And we are grateful for the ex-Arsenal connections.
