Aliadiere - Time To Explode

Jeremie Aliadiere is happy that he is finally getting some game time in Arsenal colours.

It was rumoured, and indeed confirmed by Arsene Wenger, that Aliadiere was to be sold to Boro in the transfer window, but a Robin van Perise broken bone put paid to that.

However, Wenger always maintained an unwaivering faith in the lad, a faith which now seems to be paying off.

Aliadiere confirms that Le Boss says it's his time to explode.

'Arsene Wenger told me that he was counting on me and that he did not want to let me go,' the player said. 'Afterwards, there was the injury to van Persie so there was absolutely no question that I would leave.'

'He told me that I was on the way to exploding and that I had to continue to give it my all.'

'I have the impression that this is the case, I had never felt that way previously. I have the feeling that all my labours have finally borne fruit.'

'The attitude of everyone at the club and the supporters has changed towards me. They now have the opinion that if the coach decides to start a match with me, it's justified.'

I'm pleased that he is coming good, but I still believe he'll be sold in the summer.
