As the first weekend of the new Premiership season draws to a close, it's time to take a look at the Vital Fantasy football scores ... and more importantly, our wager with Vital Chelsea.
For those out of the loop, we here at Vital Arsenal have a little bet going with the unwashed down the bridge. We have each have our own mini league, and come the end of the season we're going to take the top ten points scores from our leagues and combine them for an overall team total. Which ever team wins, the highest points scorer for that team will receive a football shirt of their choice from the opposing manager (OLASAL).
Whilst talk is cheap, we always thought it would be a close run thing, but the results after the first week were astonishing.
Whilst Vital Arsenal actually tops the entire league for average scores (with Chelsea sitting in 3rd) the top ten combined scores equalled a very impressive 492pts.
When I spoke to OLASAL this morning I was highly surprised, not to mention amused to hear his teams scores amassed a highly familiar 492pts!!
The top point scorer for VC is a certain 'JT Is God' with an impressive 54pts, however our very own Lou The Gunneress scored an even more impressive 61pts and sits at a brilliant 5th place in the whole game,
That puts us in front by my reckoning :)
