Hello Everyone

Hello Everyone

Hello fellow Arsenal fans, I wanted to introduce myself since I joined the writing team here on Vital Arsenal. Many of you already know me as Gunnerkid107 though. I have been writing match previews for the site since the beginning of the preseason this year, and I will continue to do so.

I was born in London eighteen years ago, but my family moved across the pond to the United States when I was just one. My grandfather was a huge Arsenal fan and when I was young he would tell me many stories about the Arsenal, and eventually he had me hooked. I have played youth football all my life, and once I was lucky enough to play an Arsenal youth team that came over to play in a tournament. My first time to attend an Arsenal game came in January, 2006, and what a memorable game it was. Arsenal played Middlesbrough at Highbury and ran out 7-0 victors with Henry scoring a hat trick. More recently, I attended the Emirates Cup with my family. Last year I considered moving back to England to study meteorology at the University of Reading, but I opted instead to stay in the States at the University of Oklahoma because they have one of the best meteorology programs in the world. I intend to move back to the UK when I am finished with my studies to work at the Met Office.

That`s just a little about me. I feel privileged to be on the writing staff for this wonderful site, and I hope you all enjoy my pieces.

No idea Oz, I've emailed and PM'd him and everything, but no answer. I really didn't want to replace him because not only a good guy but he's my friend ..... but we needed someone to do the match previews and Brice has done an excellent job in Nick's absence, I thought it was only fair to let him do it on a more permenant basis!
