End The Season, End It Now!

End The Season, End It Now!

With the fixtures set the way they are and results going the right way Arsenal sit proudly at the top of the Premiership.

Of course to make our delight doubly delightful, neighbours and general pests Tottenham Hotspur have gone about the attempts to crack the top four by the very strange tactic of being dead last without a win to their name.

With Spurs spending £70M in the summer and Arsenal losing what many thought to be vital players, pundits and fans alike tip Spurs to topple us this season (a tip that has been made for four consecutive seasons).

Being an Arsenal fan I am well aware of how a season can fall apart in front of your very eyes almost instantly and with that in mind I am savouring the moment as anything could change sooner than you think, and also asking the Premier League board of directors to end the season right now!!!

I'll take the current league table too, thanks. Champions League spot and Spuds going down? Count me in!

Haha at the Spuds. Its reassuring that things dont change that much - new manager, new squad, same old *****e results for the Tiny Totts. As for tomorrow, I'm hoping for a draw in the Chelsea game - points dropped by our rivals can only be good for us, and we need to build a lead before we square off against them. For the Spuds, the usual defeat, pls.

I'd take being out of the top 10 to see spurs go down... although just so long as we get to stay FA cup champions too :-)

It's a real weekend killer, seeing Arsenal play that kind of football and making such games look so easy! But like Fergie said, better Arsenal than Pool or the Chavs!
