Another DVD? Seriously?

Another DVD? Seriously?

When Tottenham embarrassed our Carling cup side earlier in the season we all had a bit of a chuckle when it was made known that Tottenham had released a dvd of the game, just as they had done when they'd beaten Chelsea earlier that season.

To be fair, they hadn't beaten us in a really long time and gave us a footballing lesson that night, and whilst it was still a bit sad, it was understandable.

However upon opening the old email inbox this morning imagine my disbelief when one of my emails contained a link to a page on the Tottenham site proudly displaying a form on which you could pre-order a dvd featuring a 4-4 draw against the Arsenal.

I guess we should all be praying for Harry Redknapp to keep Spurs up, because no matter how infuriating this Arsenal side can be, we've always got Tottenham to cheer us up.

:)

Apart from the first 15 and the last 7 minutes the bit in between would be pretty painful viewing for them. But those 22 minutes must be priceless to a team propping up the rest of the league.

Ah, then I think this classy fellow should also publish an autobiography just for this "best night of his career": http://www.northamptonchron.co.uk/football/Bentley-Gunners-game-was-best.4648560.jp

An article with a humorous slant on it? You'll have the Mary Whitehouse brigade on you if you're not careful. Back to the topic, this is totally unreal. We all feel like it was a defeat, but really, it was actually a draw, both teams got one point. They got a bit of pride back on Wednesday and now they do this? Was this the brainchild of the same genius who decided they should have a brown away kit?

I thought their brown away kit was very appropriate and quite practical really. At least this dvd will be in colour unlike their 'greatest title wins' compilation dvd.

Its probably realesed for the 90 percent of Spuds fans that left the game at 4-2 down.

Guys, i understand having humour and poking fun but surely you should be looking at your own problems and not into how your rivals attempt to get even more money out of their fans??? i also find it quite weird that an arsenal fan would receive email information about spurs products. As for most of the game being painful for spurs fans, think you are being a tad harsh there. Spurs played very well and i would have been proud of the lads even if the score had remained 4-2 as we had really put up a fight when you consider how we have been playing this season. I know several arsenal fans (my father and uncle beign two of them) and they all said that in their opinion a draw was a fair result

1st half performance a draw was a fair result. 2nd Half we dominated and should of been out of sight.

Agreed, Ownz. Spursfan4eva, is a bit rich of a Spuds fan to talk about other side's "own problems". You can't blame people for poking fun at something like a DVD release of a drawn game!

You may have dominated but our players put in good performances (apart from Hutton and Gomes) so in my opinion it was worth a draw. Of course everybody see's things differently so i am sure many will disagree with me
