Cesc Wins Player of the Month

Arsenal's Cesc Fabregas has been named the Barclays Player of the Month.

Cesc has put in a string of sterling performances for the Gunners in the month of January, and has become one of the most highly rated midfielders in the world.

Let's hope the young Spaniard keeps up his performances, starting with Wigan tomorrow.

The only criminal thing (other than Chelsea's money) is that Wenger didn't get manager of the month!

Thoroughly deserved award for Cesc. Well done young man!

how did Rafa get the Manager award? for the 9 goals in 2 cup games or for the successful takeover? tosh. As far as general Cesc, he deserves it more than anyone. My respect, young man!

another first of many awards that this young man is going to win in his illustrious career..

Well done Cesc! It's about time too! I'm glad Wenger didn't get the award though Sim as it's a bit of a curse that thing.
