Lineups: Spurs v. Arsenal

Lineups: Spurs v. Arsenal

With no due respect to the Carling Cup semi-finals, this is the biggest North London Derby since April '06 when the two sides met at Arsenal Stadium. Henry kept our Champions League qualification hopes alive with seven minutes to go. Tonight a draw isn't good enough for either side.

Arsenal Starting XI: Almunia, Sagna, Campbell, Vermaelen, Clichy, Denilson, Diaby, Nasri, Rosicky, Eboue, Bendtner

Arsenal Bench: Fabianski, Silvestre, Merida, Eastmond, Walcott, Eduardo, van Persie

Tottenham Starting XI: Gomes, Assou-Ekotto, King, Dawson, Bale, Rose, Huddlestone, Kaboul, Modric, Defoe, Pavlyuchenko

Tottenham Bench: Crouch, Bentley, Alnwick, Livermore, Walker, Gudjohnsen, Bassong

Mark Clattenburg will be the head official for tonight's clash. I hope neither set of supporters will have reason to feel aggrieved by the ref come 10 o'clock.

The match will be on Sky Sports 1 in England and ESPN2 in the States.

Enjoy the match Gooners! Up the Arse!

If somebody marks Modric good, then there is nobody else in that Tottenham lineup that I fear.

Verminator is injured, Silvestre to sub him. And we're 1-0 down. That's it, I can't watch anymore.

Cant say anything but what a goal from Rose. Absolute ***** luck for us with vermaelen's injury. Silvestre is on for him. Dont know why Sagna didnt shift to CB with Eboue at RB. Cant see much hope with our current CB pair am sorry to say.

Bendtner really must work on his left foot. Just missed a sitter with it. Good pass from Rosicky.

Julie, we are hogging possession and playing decently but went down to a good goal from long range from Rose - on his PL debut no less. The goal was against the run of play. We are playing well without great penetration and absolutely no one is taking a shot when given space.
