Very unusual for sure for AW to come out and make a public service announcement :-) Nah but in all seriousness I wonder what it is. Perhaps a deal is done for a new goalie, I hope...

According to 'a cultured left foot' Goonblogger (who i believe were the first to show this interview) have had confirmiation from Arsenal that this interview is genuine. I read the whole interview and it sounded very amateurish - i'm sure one of the questions 'why do you tend to like blacks'???

After a couple months without the Arsenal playing and detaching from the feeling of rage of not winning anything, hearing something like this makes me feel bad for Almunia

If this is true I will be extremely surprised. Come on, "Why do you like blacks".

Maybe the questioner meant "why do you like African player" and was just too casual in his language?

"WENGER: What? (shocked) My condolences. To Arsenal fans, keep on supporting Arsenal, another invincible team is on the way. And please, do not commit suicide." Seriously?

Just goes to show how utterly bollox most sports "journalists" are, seeing as several sources reported this interview verbatim without bothering to verify it's authenticity.

His announcement is that they will continue with the two absolute failures theyn have, as they failed in a bid to attract Robert Green.

Don't talk too soon Willy, rumour has it that Shay Given could be on his way to the Emirates. Hope it's not true, but saying that, I'd rather Given went to London than Joe Hart.

Given is better than the two jokers that are there now

What's wrong with Manonne?, when the other two fumblers were injured he filled in and done a great job.

This is my first post. But I wanna ask other gooners: What do you think are the chances of us landing Neuer?
