Samir Nasri Voted PFA Fans Player Of The Month

Arsenal's Samir Nasri has been awarded the PFA Fans Player of the Month for October.

After being left out of French squad for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, the Gunners midfielder claimed he was hungrier than ever for success on the football pitch, and so far this season I don't think anyone can argue against that after a string of fine performances.

Nasri has added goals and tracking back (for the most part) to the strings of his bow, and now looks to be one of the most inform players in the PL so far this season ... indeed he's about the only player who's earned me any points in my very poor fantasy football team, so he must be doing well.

Nasri has suffered from inconsistencies and poor luck in the injury department since joining Arsenal back in 2008, but this season things really seem to be coming together for the Frenchman as he seeks to win his first piece of meaningful Silverware in an Arsenal shirt.

With an already healthy 7 goals in 11 games this season, keeping up his fine form for the rest of the season would go a long way to seeing us hold aloft one trophy or another.

Arguably, the right choice. When fans start to wish you had taken a penalty kick, on a day Cesc was available, you know you are something, indeed. Looking forward to more match winning displays from this young man.
Naijagunner
A deserved pick. I hope he can continue to play better and cross the confidence hudddle. The stages of development.

Off Topic comment here..I was going through arsenal youth players to see players that are likely to get Wenger nod if they remain with Arsenal and Wenger is still here and was able to draw player that are guaranteed to get playing time. Player like .Szczesny, Bartley, Gibbs, Wilshere, Ramsey, Theo, Afobe. These are players that are not likely to leave arsenal for other teams in EPl or go back their country. Wow the future is so bright.

Watching Nasri get his player of the month award? Of course we are. Nice to see you're impressed too.
Amos.
Lol! Amos. That's still got me reeling.
Naijagunner
Pfft, we've beaten Inter and Milan both in the San Siro, and Real Madrid at the Bernabeu. For sides with history in that competition results like that are a little less special
Ozi Gooner
Nasri???!!! LOL!! Painful sour arse grapes there Ozi's dream. Do you want to know who the player of the month is?...he's called Gareth Bale!! Look, it's ok, we'll invite you to our victory parade. You can wait the tables at the champagne reception. If you're obedient little muggles we might even let you look at the trophy......
Tony Rocky Horror
TO DARE IS TO DO
Tony Rocky Horror
Maybe we could meet in the semi....and then it'll be.......We're off to Wembley cos we best the Ar5ena1, off to Wembley cos we beat the Ar5ena1.....in the Norf Landan cap they wos only runners up, naw they can't get the CL up the Ar5ena1!!!! (Chas and Dave : 1982)

YIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDAAAAAAAAAAAARRMYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!

Domestic cup record is 10 wins to 5 in our favour. Good win tonight but we've been doing that for years tranny.
Iceman10
At the end of the day, the Internet is flooded with Chelsea and United fans paying their respects and commending us on a fantastic performance. But nothing from you? Ah well, I can understand why you can't bring yourself to admit it, it's just too painful. Once again Redknapp shows some (ahem) of us how to beat the reigning European champs.....one or two lesser teams have struggled in that department...
Tony Rocky Horror
We actually beat reigning champs AC Milan in the knockout stages in the San Siro two years ago... I suppose some (ahem) new to the competition don't realise these things... And congrats, your victory today matches our worst performance in a cup competition this year, a 3-1 victory.
TPowell
Congratulate you on what? Winning a champions league group game? Ok, congratulations. Easy to please is this tranny.
Iceman10
We have just dispatched the European champions with ease, defeating them and confounding every sceptic who expected us to lose! We are the toast of European club football! Can you not find it within yourself to congratulate our great club. You're just bitter.
Tony Rocky Horror
what happened last time you played them? Also, I don't recall you congratulating us when we humiliated the 'toast of European club football' at their own home earlier this year. Then again, we don't need the attention as you're quite clearly the neglected younger sibling in our clubs' relationship.
TPowell
Strange eh? Tony Spuds early reaction to winning a game is to visit an Arsenal site to celebrate and post on an unrelated thread. A bit shallow? Needy perhaps? Desperately craving acceptance? It's rather like a little kid tugging at his mothers apron to get her attention seeking approval for his finger painting effort. Well that's very nice Tony well done- now why don't you see if you can do another one. We'll let you stay up and watch the commemorative dvd if you're a good little boy.
Amos.
I see TRH's facination with VA continues.
HuddersfieldYiddo
haha HY, can't you take him back? or do you not want him either?
TPowell
After all the hype of Gareth Bale i watched the Everton v Spuds game a couple of weeks back, and he was fkn useless ...he did very little against ManU ...he gets 2 assists in a game and you go mental? Fabregas managed 4 assists and a goal in a game last season. And as for "We are the toast of European club football! Can you not find it within yourself to congratulate our great club." You're really not ...at all. Congradulations, you're a *****. Back on topic, Nasri is awesome ...much better then Bale ;)
FuiKaka
It's sad Amos that you can't put your hatred aside, for one moment, and offer your congratulations. If the shoe was on the other foot I'd bite the bullet and say well done as it's the gentlemanly thing to do. We have just defeated the European champions in the crucible of White Hart Lane. We have a player who is probably the most devastating attacker in the world. It wouldn't kill you to show some decency and respect.
Tony Rocky Horror
Who plays at right back for you? I pity that poor ****. He's going to get a lesson he won't forget:)
Tony Rocky Horror
Decency and respect is commanded not demanded TRasH. Because you are so desperate you wont get it but other Spurs fans will. Congrats to all Spurs fans except TRasH.
Deltaforce
Good christ on a cross you're a lonely chap aren't you tony? Have had to put the earplugs in such is the volume of your screeching inferiority complex - it's like a baby boy running to his daddy to show him the first time he's learnt to wipe his arse properly. Rubin kazan beat Barca too, yeah it's fun when minnows take a bite out of a great white, when david flings a pebble in the general direction of Goliath. To demand respect from us for you is just unhinged really, it'd be the equivalent of taking a bottle of wine round to a nutjob neighbour who spends all year shouting drunken abuse over the fence at you just cos he's won a tenner on the lottery.
nikolaijns
Gollum is a gooner la la la la :) Makes complete sense when you think about it, all gooners exposed to the slithering of our (forever in our) shadow dwelling neighbours can do a decent impression of a spud. No no wicked fergusonsssss always looking at our preciiiiiousss, Bale loves hissss smeeagol, he stayssss... wicked wicked fergussssson. http://www.talksport.co.uk/magazine/interviews/2010-11-02/interview-arsenal-fan-andy-serkis-ive-stopped-using-gollum-voice-scare-my-children
nikolaijns
Poor lonely Tony. So desperate to be loved. Pathetic - but riotously funny too.
Amos.
please ignore TRH..we will get the respects from u scums when we win the CL..COYS
yidpondan
lol sure yidpondlife, and you wonder why people call you windowslurpers deluded. Here's a clue cos you're obviously in dire need of one - we'll be in the competition next year business as usual remaining a constant competitive challenging euro superpower. You clangers will be back battling against some backwater sheepherders in the second tier.
nikolaijns
Good to see your wit again here Niko!
Gooner_Vin
trh adn yidpondan...you are ranting without a point here...u need to win it to have it.....you need to go on the sun threads where you find the stupid arsenal fans that you never see on va
rovinella62spurs
Hi Vin hows tricks?...@ rovinella it's the sun mate it's the go to place for stupidity whatever your club (well maybe not liverpool)
nikolaijns
Nice to see there are a couple of spud fans without the delusional warped reality blinkers on. Nobody is denying it was a cracking result for your boys, but you really don't have to fish for our approval over here TRH...actually I know YOU do. That's why it comes as no surprise you are the ONLY spud fan on here lording your victory as if your European Champions already......You really are setting yourself up for a big fall, but I'm sure all the gooners on here will dust you down and help you back up ;)....nikolaijns analogy was the first thought that came into my head when I saw TRH plastered all over VA AGAIN.
gunnerman76
Hi Niko - all well, yourself? Been away or watching on the sidelines?
Gooner_Vin
lol sidelines mate, no excuses just the longer i go without posting the lazier I get. Actually took a mail from rocky tellin me to sort my feckin life out that shook me out of my inertia :)
nikolaijns
Fair enough mate :)
Gooner_Vin
TRH - "We have a player who is probably the most devastating attacker in the world." ...seriously? It's hard for me to accept that even YOU can believe this?
