I was choosing the picture for this post as his took that shot, saw it hit the top corner and I clicked on this Samir pic straightaway. Fantastic pass from AA, sumptuous strike from Samir! :)

Mark Hughes team was there for the kill. Now we have let them back in and feeling they can get something. Wasn't Kamara in an offside position for the goal? I think the plan is for him to stay on the shoulders of our CBs, considered slower, to give them discomfort.

Nasri has been magnificent this season. As good a campaign so far as many a former Legend.

Nasri was MOTM for me, but Djorou did have a blinder of a game too. Fabianski did well, other than a few poor kick-out decisions (balls he still cleared from danger anyway).

That Nasri is a quality player who from an outside perspective seems to have lit up the Arsenal team.

I remember Nasri being touted as the new zidane when he was at Marseille. I reserved judgment knowing only to well the media are to quick to compare young talented players to the legends of the game. His style is very different to zidane anyway and therefor quite unfair to compare the two players. But as far as him being as influential as zidane was for France....I can see him doing that! He has already scored TWICE as many goals for Arsenal as he did for Marseille in half the games! The way he dictated the game for France against us at Wembley shows how much he is maturing as a player.....and he only 23! No doubt Arselona will be sniffing around him whoring themselves again this summer! At this rate Nasri's performances will lead Barca to believe that he MUST have some distant catalonian DNA in him so therefor he must belong to them! Great win!

We were unfortunate to concede the first goal, I haven't seen it again but it looked as if Koscielny got kicked in the face by a high boot. He tried to play on but he was clearly injured. I was astonished the ref didn't give the foul on Kos. Their first chance their first goal, similar story. Our play became nervy and we lost our way a bit which is a shame considering how well we played before that, we really should've been at least 3-0 up before they scored their goal. But we won the game thanks to Nasri's dancing feet. I was still frustrated with Wenger for not taking Arshavin (he played very well in the first half) off because we were playing with four attackers and Fulham were ganging up on Clichy. Bring on Partizan.

Kos was knocked out by Squillaci, so there wasn't really any foul. ;) I can understand the ref though, Kos didn't go down straight away like he should've, cynical or not. Can't blame him though, but I do think our defense was poor today. Credit to Djourou for the way he played when he came in. Totally dominated the air in the second half.

Sorry, then I can't really blame the ref. Koscielny didn't have bad game before his injury, but this game really suited Djorou when he came as he won almost all his headers. I don't want to call Fulham a hoofball team but that's what they were reduced to and Djorou wasn't really troubled in the air by Dempsey or Kamara (started time-wasting in the first half).
