Forget Almunia or Squillacci or any other player who supporters are worried about...it's fkg PHIL DOWD who's officiating this game who's got me freaking out! He's officiated, what? 9 games for us this season? Can't remember. We've won none of them. He's made several very bad calls against us. Don't think I'll be able to watch the game because of him.

I agree Jaelle, I'll never complain about another referee as long as we don't get Phil Dowd.

First, we get to play pretty much all of the rest of our games after United will have known their results. Now, we get to have refs who will allow the opponents a free ride on us, "getting stuck-in", while the ref punishes any attempt at protest or retaliation by our boys. Its going to be a hard run-in and tomorrow's game won't be different, though I'll look forward to us grinding out the win.

....I also find curious the timing of the renewed RESPECT campaign. Almost like we can expect to see the worst kind of officiating unleashed on the EPL in the run-in, but must show respect even if the officials don't show respect to the fans and Managers, in reciprocity.

On paper this is only one result. Especially with the palyers coming back, but we know this dont mean anything. lol come on you gunners. right, off to the tavern i am!!
