Henry Wanted Penalty Re-Run
Robert Pires has revealed Thierry Henry wanted to to have another go at 'that penalty'
The Gunners were awarded a penalty in the first half in last weeks home tie against Portsmouth, with Arsenal 3-0 up at the time Henry thought it would be a good time for a repeat performance.
“Thierry wanted to try it again. But I didn’t want to — we’ll have to wait a little bit yet.
“I did well not to as two defenders stood in front of me just as Thierry took up his position.
“I wanted to avoid this sort of thing, especially if we had tried and missed again.”
