Cesc, Nasri & a Seriously Bizarre Rumour

Another day, another boat load of rumours speaking lots without saying much at all. But the lack of anything else to talk about means we might as well join in.

Kinda like when your friend invites you out with a group of people you don`t really like, but in the absence of anything else to do, you go along anyway, complete in the knowledge that the outing is going to make you completely miserable and, in all honesty, is a complete waste of time.

So let`s get cracking!!!!

The feeling of impeding doom is getting greater by the day as comments from Cesc Fabregas really do tend to ram home the fact he`s probably going to be on his bike if Barcelona finally man-up and give us the cash he`s worth. Whilst AC Milan claim they`re out of the running to sign the current Arsenal captain. To be honest I wasn`t even aware they`d put their spiked running shoes on never mind starting the race.

Meanwhile it appears that having dropped out of one race, AC have hopped straight into another to join Manchester United in the hunt for Arsenal`s French midfielder, Samir Nasri, whilst Denilson`s agent "cools" reports claiming the Brazilian will join the same club, saying he "knows nothing" about the possible transfer, funny, I`d not read anything either.

More depressing news is that a whole host of clubs are after our leftback, Gael Clichy, with Manchester City joining the ever growing list of teams looking to capture his signature.

News on incomings seems light on the ground, with Uzbek midfielder Odil Ahmedov claiming Arsenal are interested in signing him from his club side, Pakhtakor Tashkent. He is currently on loan at Anzhi Makhachkala.

What the f*ck? This is so bizarre it`s probably true.

And that about covers it for today, I bet you`re glad you stopped by now huh?

See you tomorrow what? no? why not?

You reckon you'd get a work permit for this guy? Lord only knows where Uzbekistan sit in the Fifa world rankings...

FCB - england sit 4th in the FIFA rankings .... they are a complete load of crap ... lol ... As for the Uzbek, from the picture in the article I thought it was the weirdy beardy we were supposedly interested in. Glad it's not the busker.

Odil Ahmedov. Btw 1. This guy has a strange name 2. He's an absolute unknown. If I know Arsene then this guy is sure to sign. Also Rocky, I am betting that you had to copy paste the names of the two clubs Pakhtakor Tashkent and Anzhi Makhachkala.

Even if Nasri does a magical U-turn now he will always be a **** in my eyes. If he goes to either Manchester club I hope it goes terribly for him.

Question is, if Nasri does go, would you rather he went to Manchester or Trafford?

Good question filthycolumn, brings to mind a question I was asked recently about a hypothetical son I mercifully don't have, I was asked would you rather see him marry that harridan freak jordan or that classless fat bint katona? to which my reply was if he's stupid enough to hitch with either of those scummy feckin clungedragons then he's dead to me anyway so what's it matter? Hope that helps!

Can't believe Wengers even contemplating selling Cesc and Samir, unbelievable. If Nasri goes to City i'll hate him so much and give him so much abuse he'll wish he'd never stepped foot on the pitch.

Has Wenger come out to say he is "contemplating selling Cesc and Samir"?

By the way, the England U-17 keeper to the World cup is a talent; very self assured and a quick thinker, apparently. Good one there in qualifying for the last 8.

City has to be Katona - very modest background, then went crazy when they got a missive cash influx. Man U is Jordan - quite nice to look at, but no one can doubt that they get help from others.

I think it's time we got our billionaire owners to put a few squids in the Club and we speculate to accumalate like. Nasribayor is really leaving a sour taste and can't see how he can play for us again after this. Greedy twunt.

FCB, a club which hasnt bought the title even after spending what you have, a club which won a trophy after 34 years earlier this year cant say 13 time champions Arsenal who finished 3 points behind you are going down the pan.

Bang on No 10! @ filthycolumn cheers, I'm having a wicked summer ta! primarily as I am ignoring all the back page hack rage lovepastefest frothing over nothing. I'd love to keep both cesc & nasri but if neither want to be at Arsenal then I'm all for wishing them both well, getting as much as we can and getting players in that do, You by contrast are sounding more and more like a gloating glory hunting rag everytime you come here, go figure.

Oh Ok I've just sussed why you're here, it's to beg for a few pence for your mythical stadium isn't it? fuggin Camelot has more basis in reality than your 60,000 seater unicorn. Begging cap in hand, like some windscreen lathering squeegee pikey, how humiliating. Cos it comes across to anyone else that you are pretty much desperately winging it, what plan is it this week? 10 lines on the lottery and free entry into a 'win a stadium' competition run by the South African Chronicle?

Its about time Winger either cougsh up or ***** off, dont you think.. Not being an Arse fan at all, I can help pity you club, if he just invested som millions in 2 or 3 experienced players Arse would be battling for the PL, and probably win it once in a while.. But hey keep him on, at least we know Arse is out of the race next season.
