Freeman Waiting For The Right Loan Spell

Freeman Waiting For The Right Loan Spell

Young striker Luke has said he will wait for the right opportunity to become a Freeman from the reserves.

Speaking to arsenal.com the player explained that his spell last season at Yeovil was hugely beneficial despite it being cut short by injury, and this time round he will wait for the right opportunity and the right club to come along again before taking his step developmental step and getting first team action.

'I definitely want to go back out on loan to get that experience. First I'll make sure it's the right club and hopefully a good one will come in for me.'

Speaking about the last loan spell being cut short, he said.

'It was definitely gutting. I didn't get as many games as I'd have wanted to because the injuries held me back. I've never really suffered with them, but I think I had three or four in about six months.'
