'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Rosicky Confident On Top Four Finish

Thomas Rosicky has told the press that he still has faith that Arsenal will finish in the Top 4 this season, as we have the quality despite our dodgy start.

Speaking to London24 the midfielder said.

'It was a very difficult start for us but the season is very long and I don't feel it is impossible for us to finish in the top four. Every game is very difficult and you have to fight hard, there are so many points to play for.'

Rosicky adds that with the pedigree of the club, that the top four has to remain our aim and our desire despite the opening games of the season. Settling for anything less than the Top 4 at this stage would be in effect a lowering of our aspirations and would be akin to giving up.

"Less talk more action" would have been a far more appropriate slogan rather than the egg on face irony that is "forward". Shut up, keep your head down and play your heart out, we don't wanna hear your empty platitudes.
