Wenger - Game Was A Learning Experience

Arsene Wenger has described last night's cup defeat to Man City as part of the teams learning curve.

Speaking to arsenal.com after the game Wenger was sure the defeat would provide great benefits in the future for the younger lads that were in the side.

'I told them it was naive to concede a corner from a corner of your own, that's just a learning process and I feel sorry we lost a game like that which we shouldn't have. We dominated and in the second half I think we were on top.'

Putting that disappointment behind us, Wenger now wants us to focus on keeping our unbeaten run in the league.

'We want to continue our unbeaten run in the Premier League now, that's where it's important.'

We will only know how well they have learned when they get another chance in the final CL game.

Speaking of learning something, Spurs have just been PAOKed at Home! Tee hee hee!

So that's another trophyless season for you then. This was the only cup you had even the remotest chance of winning. Tee hee hee!

Well, at least we 'had' a remote 'chance' of winning something. What's your excuse for so many years of a dust-filled cabinet, Troll?

Trolly seems to be still in a state of dazed shock following the home defeat to some Mediterranean Goatherding XI.

.......against 10 men too.

By the way, anyone know if there's any truth in the one about a Mexican midfielder being linked to the club-Marco Fabian de la mora? Wiki already has his current club as Arsenal. Crazy.
Naijagunner
Not heard anything about it or him but would like to know more. Where did you hear it?

Wenger said it was a ploy to up his value...I think that's what he says. http://eleconomista.com.mx/deportes/2011/12/02/marco-fabian-no-interesa-arsenal-wenger

It was in the news Thursday and Friday; curious that wiki already updated his profile with the information.
